Not only is it sketchy but they tell you what you are doing wrong but they criticize everything you do for your dog. They have labeled my 12 year old dog as hard to handle and charge $10 more and on top of that, this last haircut was awful. She has long strands all over and her feet look chopped up. They should have took off money instead of an extra charge. My dog seemed extremely tired and was very shaky. Unlike, how she has been at other visits. I'm not saying they gave or sprayed anything on her but she wasn't herself. However I do not recommend this location. I hesitated to bring her back after the last few grooming hoping to find a decent grooming on the list. Nope it just got worse. Never again at the Lufkin location.
