When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.

When I moved here, one of the things I was anxious about was finding a great dog walker for my Bulldog. He's not such a great walker, gets a bit lazy at times, and likes to pull on the leash so it really takes an experienced dog walker to be able to handle him. When I found out that Swifto expanded here to Miami as well, boy was I thrilled! They set me up right away with one dedicated dog walker who has just been so amazing. Always punctual, texts me before he arrives, and takes the most amazing photos of my dog. Waggy Tails is not cheap! The stated price is for 2 animals; there is an additional charge for each extra pet. The price is also double if you want 2x per day visits.
