We called at 5:30 PM to say we were running late from the horse ride to learn that our dog had been missing the last 5 hours. WTF People? We're I not an experienced tracker and hunter Ziggy would most certainly of been a Coyote Biscuit as I came across coyotes, bobcats, and certainly mountain lion tracks as I hunted for my dog while the owners were home doing god knows what. But not looking for my dog! WTF people? I found Ziggy 12 hours after his escape in the middle of nowhere at 2:00 AM 3 miles from the kennel. If your dog is blind or lame this place could work. If your dog wants to escape, find another place.

She didn't have an answer . I noticed she didn't even shave his undercarriage or cut his nails ? He didn't even smell like he had a bath ! After inspecting My dog he had 18 deep cuts all over his body 9 of them were very deep . I immediately took him the the vet for treatment. The vet couldn't believe his eyes. He asked many questions and recommended filing charges against this business. .To top it off she charged me 25.00 more than I was quoted by her husband . I can't help but think she just needed the money more than taking care of my dog. I am questioning if she even has credentials to groom dogs ! I would not recommend this place. My pet and I have not been the same since this awful experience. Please make sure you check out the place to take your pet even if you get a recommendation, don't make the mistake I made.

Our poor dog was in a mess. He has streaming eyes and had had a problem with ear wax. Treatment had left him with gobs of wax on his ear hair. I called Aly when we got into town. She was able to squeeze him in. I was embarrassed to take him in as he looked like a stray. She was wonderful. She accommodated his fear of the dryer. She worked miracles with him. I'm considering making the 90 minute drive regularly, from mesquite just for this lady to groom Benny.

We only stay places about 4 weeks and if we don't call ahead of our next stop, most places are full and not taking any more dogs. We most often have to resort to PetSmart or Petco and we pay the same amount of money or more and the cut is never as good as the local groomers. We want to shop and spend our money with local businesses but its hard when you're not regular customer. Thankfully, we were able to jump into a spot with about 2 weeks out notice and that worked for us. What worked for us: ------------------------------------- They had a spot for us! They offered a full grooming service with nails, teeth, ears, etc.. They agreed to not 'treat' Charlie while grooming him. (he has a very sensitive stomach) They asked questions about what we wanted and confirmed the cut we were looking for (we showed the last PetSmart groomer 6 photos and told him exactly what we wanted and they still shaved off our Charlie's eyebrows???) They could do a Schnauzer cut (mostly the Schnauzer head is what we're looking for) They about 90 minute (most of the PetCo/Smart places require 3-4 hours???) They were easy to locate They had parking for our big truck (we have an F450 Dually) What did not work: ----------------------------------- Can't think of anything. They did a great job and our Charlie came back looking dapper and smelling good ;-)

Always cuts them the way WE want (not just the typical groomer fifi, foo foo cuts) and is patient while they fidget. Very accommodating and willing to adjust on the fly.
