Pros- she was very accommodating when we had a family emergency and had to leave fairly quickly. she did a meet with the dogs and said she could handle them since they had never been boarded before. Her prices are good.
Cons- The kennels she advertised as being separate are just stacked on top of each of other. the smell inside is atrocious yes I understand that many dogs will smell but this was beyond that. I have five dogs, four poms and an Aussie mix. all of my poms came home stinking and had horrible breath and couldn't bark or vocalize for days because they were so hoarse. they also were exhausting and didn't hardly move around for two days. My Aussie was half dead when we got him back. he could barely walk out of the building. I had to rush him to an emergency vet do follow ups at his regular vet and have been waiting on blood work to confirm the boarding caused his sickness. The boarder told me he threw up a little water and that was all she said was wrong with him. his nostrils were caked shut with snot and he couldn't breathe blood test confirm he had pancreatitis and dehydration along with his liver enzymes and hemoglobin and a kidney test came back off which vet believes is also from dehydration. when we got him home that night he drank water until he threw up multiple times. over seven hundred dollars in vet bills later and he almost died. I also have pictures that she took herself from day one showing him healthy an 48 hours later her pic shows the nostrils caked in snot and she completely missed it even though he couldn't breathe blood barely walk. so I would not recommend this place. read more
