I ordered flowers for my friend online and I called them today to ask for confirmation of delivery and the owner said he doesn't have any information or confirmation about Delivery. He got mad at me and hung up the phone. Yes, I am from a different state. This flower shop has beautiful arrangements. But I just left the shop in tears after being told "honey, get out of my store" and to "go to a grocery market." I mentioned right when I arrived that my hearing is poor. I asked about the availability of several flowers, and then--without any intention of being rude--I asked twice about the price of a peony. Apparently, this offended the owner, even after I had said more than once that I couldn't hear him. On being ordered to leave, I calmly, once more, explained my hearing trouble and left. I am devastated to have had this experience. I hope the owner is able to find more grace in future in helping customers--whether they have hearing issues /or/ budgets! read more

Ordered the most beautiful flowers for Mother's Day! My mom was so, so happy with them!! They are definitely a bit on the expensive side but the flowers are very fresh and definitely ones you won't find in your typical bouquet, like orchids and peonies. We were also blown away by just how large the peonies were! You can tell someone spent a lot of time putting it together because they are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The delivery was also right on time. They were left at the door (as per request due to COVID) and I got an email shortly after saying they had arrived. P.S. I want to mention that this was one of the few places that allowed me to write a personal message in Chinese when placing the order online. I know this is a small thing and won't affect too many people but it meant a lot to me and I know it meant a lot to my mom, so thank you guys very much for that! read more

The flower arrangement was nice, but the execution left a lot to be desired. Part of the order was a helium birthday balloon, but what I actually received was this sad balloon that doesn't even float, wrapped in a plastic bag and left lying on the floor. If it doesn't float then why was it tied to a balloon weight? No idea. This definitely took away from the entire presentation/experience. When I called Wagner, the person on the phone told me that they can't deliver balloons right now, and I should call 1800flowers (the website that coordinated the order) and have them take it off my bill. Why didn't Wagner do this, and instead chose to deliver the most pathetic balloon? It would have been very easy to reach out to 1800flowers and find a solution, but instead chose to let their clients spend their birthday calling customer support. The flowers were also delivered on the wrong date, which somewhat ruined the surprise. read more

I ordered flowers for my Mom's funeral. The sprays were exactly as pictured on their website (or better). They were breathtaking. The arrangement of the flowers, the colors, everything...I was so pleased! I took one of them home to hang on my front door. This picture was taken after the spray had been handled, and tossed in a car, and taken for a bumpy ride home...and still lovely! I can't recommend them more highly. read more

They delivered an Easter Lily that had not one blossom open and then told the florist that had ordered it (for a client out of town) that it would be lovely in a couple of weeks! A plant in bloom was what was ordered! They delivered something that should have never come out of a hot house let alone be sold as a product ready for a consumer! They refused to make this right. I called the shop and left a message on a holiday when they were closed. We had a last minute event- my daughter was eloping near the Courthouse (big wedding postponed and then canceled due to the pandemic) the next day. It was a longshot, but since we could not be there I wanted to try to send a bridal bouquet. Despite their being closed, the owner called me, confirmed everything we wanted. They delivered beautiful flowers (bouquet, boutineer and a coursage) all in white that were simply exquisite. One of their delivery vans performed a hit and run on a neighbor's vehicle, on a quiet street in Cambridge, in the last 6 months. It was nighttime. Heard the loud noise and looked the window to see the driver inspect the van's mirror and then speed off. Left a note on the neighbor's car, their side mirror was completely destroyed. Apparently the neighbor filed a claim and Wagner never owned up to the issue. I imagine the shop owners know when/where their vans are out driving and could corroborate the story by looking at the van's mirror. Signed up for Yelp specifically to write this review. What shocking behavior and irresponsibility from a shop that claims to be neighborhood-friendly. I will never solicit their business. read more

I called an hour before the shop was set to close, without realizing it was a holiday. Despite the fact the shop was closed, the owner answered the phone and said he could be down to make a bouquet in 15 minutes. When I arrived he was already making one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. It was wrapped immaculately. The store is bright and clean and cheery and tasteful, and it was clear he takes COVID precautions seriously. I have never written a yelp review before (maybe I did years ago but not sure) but felt compelled to tell people how wonderful my experience with Wagner was. The owner told me he always answers the phone in case someone has an urgent need, such as a memorial service. This is true small business customer service. Came yesterday for flowers. It was my daughters Girl Scout cross over and I was not sure what to get. Well let me tell you , I definitely came to the right place. The shop is beautiful and smelled so good I wish I could live inside there. The gentleman that helped me out was one of the nicest people I have ever came across in the service type business. He picked out some of the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen and healthy plus fragrance was outstanding. I wanted a bouquet but he suggested a little vase typeset up since I was traveling all the way to Rhode Island. This was perfect and way better than what I was thinking. He could've just let me buy the bouquet in the flowers would've been wilted by the time I got home and it would've been my fault but instead he went above and beyond and hook me up with something gorgeous and easy to travel with. I called Wagner's and had a spring bouquet delivered to the hotel we were staying at for my girlfriends birthday weekend in Boston. Wagner e-mailed me when the bouquet was delivered which was very thoughtful. The bouquet was gorgeous, and almost a week later, it is still blooming and bright. Definitely quality flowers used.
