Beautiful arrangement and great same day delivery for some friends who lost a loved one. Wonderful customer service even during the pandemic. I said my friend loves purple, so he added in some purple roses. I was able to do everything over the phone. Bonus: because they're local, the man helping me knew exactly the building I was delivering to and that nothing would be able to be left in the lobby if there is no office manager there during this coronavirus crisis, so I was able to make sure my friends were home to receive the delivery. We had a lot of faith in Wildflower Designs for our wedding recently until our ceremony was starting & all of our mothers + grandmothers were left without their flowers before heading down the aisle. My husband and I had a very simple, small floral order all around. No frills. So it was very upsetting that we had to chase down owner, Jack, on the phone to understand where our ceremony flowers were -- 10 minutes before start time. His response was non-chalant and cold. "Oh I forgot." My family even tipped Jack, before we all realized that the ceremony flowers were missing. We understand mistakes happen, but just because you are given your payment in advance, doesn't mean you should skimp on effort the day-of. Will not be recommending Wildflower designs to anyone for important events. read more

Horrible customer service and zero communication (would give negative points I could). I ordered flowers for a funeral on a Friday evening (admittedly, I didn't get word of the services until the afternoon, not their fault entirely). The order went through fine, I received a confirmation, and assumed the flowers would have been delivered this morning. Why would you have the technology to accept orders if you're not capable of filling them? Anyways, I then received a refund e-mail (after the services) and asked what happened. I was met with a rude, callous, unprofessional email stating I should have ordered them sooner, I should have called them, etc. Not even so much as a "Sorry, wish we could have done more for your grieving family member(s)". He stated he had emailed me but I never received anything (when I asked for proof I was met with a rather rude e-mail insulting my choice of flowers and basically calling me cheap!) Had I received something, I would have went elsewhere for them. Keep in mind this was for a FUNERAL! As others have mentioned, I would strongly suggest another local florist. read more

On two separate occasions, I've attempted to walk in to order flowers for last minute events. I found the doors locked with a posted sign "Out for delivery. Be back soon". This was unfortunate and missed business for the owner. I recommend turning off your "Open" sign and removal of hours of operations. Perhaps a "call ahead" or "by appointment only" would be more suitable. read more

Terrible customer service. I had been discussing very simple arrangements (4) for an event at the end of March since early Feb. I received an email saying i needed to order (in Feb) since Valentine's Day was coming up - the event is for the end of March. (???) Since i was aware of my low budget - I offered to increase the budget and confimed the # of arrangements. I asked for an invoice. At no point was I asked for a deposit (although they claimed they asked several times). Today I received an email telling me they could not create arrangements my event because a larger party came in over the weekend and paid on the spot. To me, that is bad business! Incredibly disappointing and rude. Recently placed an order for the Celestial Love bouquet over phone, requesting that the white flowers be replaced with purple as my Gran's sister always loved the color. So, there should have been yellow roses, and then the rest in purple, presumably of the same quality as shown in the picture. Paid an extra 10 on it before delivery for this request (offered to, as I figured it'd help dress up the bouquet even more). Arrived in town yesterday to prepare for the funeral and discovered the bouquet was completely different than what I had ordered, filled with cheap daisies and mums. There was lots of orange, ample yellow, pink, and red, and a very small smattering of purple. It was not at all what I had ordered, and completely inappropriate for a funeral. When I phoned the store to report what I had discovered, then individual I spoke with was very short and very insistent that I wanted a "spring theme" (despite there not being a pastel in sight). Not at all. I said there was a funeral, and all I wanted was purple and yellow, the yellow portion remaining precisely the same as the arrangement serial I had given directly off their site. So, then the guy started backpedaling and saying it was a miscommunication, but still his tone implied I was out of line. No, I was being quite generous by not pointing out how cheap the flowers he'd given us were. Daisies in place of yellow roses? Give me a break. When he finally volunteered to swing by the house to pick up the vase and replace the flowers, he made sure to throw in how he'd "have to throw out what he'd sent us, wasting everything". We told him to forget it, as I didn't want his attitude and complex anywhere near the house. Our family's loss has been heavy enough without having to also worry about some thoughtless, insulting individual showing up to belittle everyone. $70 on daisies and wilting tulips?? Give me a break. These people should be ashamed of themselves. read more

They did flowers for my wedding in June and they were so beautiful I seriously almost cried. The flowers weren't even a huge concern of mine in the scheme of everything there was to plan for... and I'm glad that I didn't even have to check in with them or worry about everything going as planned, because they definitely had it covered. My first meeting with them, when we talked about the design & vision was the first time I even began to get excited abou the wedding at all. There's a lot to plan for and it's really stressful and I wasn't worried about getting married, just worried about the actual wedding & reception itself... I didn't have to worry about my flowers at all. They had such creative ideas that they showed to me on the spot as I told them what I was thinking... I can be pretty indecisive sometimes and often don't know how to explain what I know I want in the vision I have. It was like they read my mind, seriously. Flowers for the ceremony, my bridesmaids' and my bouquets, my reception table centerpieces... everything was more beautiful than I even imagined it to be. My bouquet was complicated... big cascading bouquet of fuscia phalaenopsis orchids. They warned me that these flowers were fragile and difficult to form together since each one needed an individual water tube threaded inside of it to keep them looking fresh. I swear.. my bouquet looked like it had just been freshly picked that same day. It also lasted for WEEKS! I can't even keep a houseplant in dirt alive that long Love love love love this florist. read more

I had, had a bad experience with another florist before coming here, so I was really worried when I had my first meeting with them and they put my mind immediately at ease! I had a relatively small budget and they presented me with flowers that looked like they cost twice the amount that I paid for them! They were so helpful and offered great ideas for my bouquet and centerpieces. Geraldo is an artist, he even made me a sample bouquet during one of our meetings. I've never been a fan of flowers and receiving them as gifts, that is until my boyfriend gave me a bouquet of flowers from Wildflower Designs. The roses were just so beautiful and smelled amazing, I've never seen roses that opened up that big. My boyfriend has been giving me flowers from here for over a year and swears by this place and the great customer service he gets every time, he recommends them to everyone. We had a "celebration of life" and my boyfriend had his mom go to Wildflower and the center pieces were beautiful! I just had my own experience with them last week, we had a death in the family and needed flowers last minute. The morning of I was at work and was rushing to get flowers, so the quickest for me is to go online. I looked at a few sites and the flowers didn't look very impressive. So I googled Wildflower Design and hoped they had an online ordering site, they did! I ordered 2 arrangements and asked if they could be delivered by 4pm. They emailed me when they were delivered and they arrived hours before 4. I was so pleased with the arrangements when I saw them, they were gorgeous and stood out from the other flowers.
