I had very friendly interaction with both Tristan (dental assistant) and Christopher (office manager I believe), as well as Dr Taylor. They were very forthcoming about care options going forward and set up expectations for costs. I now have some professional input to inform my choices on what to do next. As I was being escorted out, I asked about payment for this visit (single x-ray, brief exam & consult with dentist) and was informed there was no charge for initial visit. That struck me as very generous of them. So I had only positive interaction with the staff & leave with a good taste in my mouth for the way they run their practice.

Dr. Adams is a knowledgeable and dentist and her staff is delightful. I can't find anything remotely non-positive to say. They answer right away, scheduling or changing appointments is easy. The dental hygienist is fantastic and very gentle (even with my braces she was gentle). About 8 months ago I had a dental emergency and also had work training that I was not allowed to miss and they were able to fit me in early in the morning...you want to go to an office like that!
