A neighbor and I spent an hour trying to get in installed and smoothly working, I gave up and called Lee's Lock Service. They drove the 35 minute drive from Madison, spent an hour on it, using a Dremel, etc. It's incredible how smooth they made the door work from either the inside or outside.
