She has a great way of working with the dogs. All of her employees are also very friendly and were great handling our dogs. If you are looking for a place that actually cares for your dog, watches them, and gives them interaction this is the place. The set up for the dogs is perfect, as it is in a house with a large fenced in back yard. The dogs can be separated, if needed, by gates and crates. I was amazed at how quiet the dogs were and how well the workers knew each dog personally. This is a great place! Updated to 5 stars: Although my dogs are anxious and loud, the staff at Daisy's have gone above and beyond in helping ease their stress. The staff at Daisy's actually know your dogs. They give you honest and helpful feedback about their stay. I cannot say enough great things about Daisy's. I am impressed with the service.

Eric was responsive over email, prompt in setting up an appointment to meet my dog Winnie, and asked all the right questions. Their intake form is thorough and Eric really listens to what you want. They also have quite reasonable prices. Win and I were lucky enough to be paired with Nick...my dog is fan of men, so she was always her best self when he stopped by. Nick never missed a walk, always showed up during the allotted time, and sent me pics of my dog enjoying the outdoors while I was stuck at with. He always locked up after himself and set the alarm, and left Win with fresh water. If I happened to be home, Nick was pleasant and cheerful when we greeted each other. If that wasn't great enough, in the last couple of months my dog has been struggling to walk. Nick gave her shorter walks, more time to sniff, more pats, and, as things got worse, even carried her up multiple flights of stairs when she couldn't do it herself. He really went above and beyond for Winnie. Like, so far beyond. I am incredibly grateful for the care he took with her. I will absolutely use Eric and his crew in the future. Kelly leaves a little note every day with the time she arrived and what they did during her 15 minute visit. She is also very understanding and accommodating when I need him walked longer (30 minutes) or at a different time of day. In order to not be charged for a cancelled visit, you need to provide at least 24 hours notice, which is sometimes impossible because, hey, life happens. I understand they have a schedule to work around, but I wish there were 1 or 2 "freebies" for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice (or at least only charge half for 12 hours notice). That being said, I know my dog is in great hands while I am at work, which is extremely comforting. I would recommend Wagabout to anyone who is looking for a dog walker in Bethesda or surrounding areas!
