We walked in and the place was quiet but then it was 9pm. We were quickly shown the menu and placed our orders. 2 orders of Panama, one with fries the other with a salad. We did tell the waiter we come from NY and currently on a burger challenge tour. He said he was up to the test and I can tell you, he did not disappoint. Very good beef. My only complaint was the fries were soggy and they need to work on their formula to make them crispier. With such a great pastrami sandwich I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fries. Other than that minor disappointment everything else lived up to expectations and was excellent. Also--this place should not be considered fast food. You have to sit to eat here and can't order to go. Worst experience thus far in Paris.
