The chef specialty options are pretty impressive as they're a bit different than what you'd find in run on the mill Americanized Chinese places. Szechuan Seafood, Hong Kong Style Seafood Noodle, and other dishes are very tasty and portioned well. China Palace continues to season their food with great sauce work that sets the food apart from normal Chinese food.
