We decided last minute that we wanted to rent a boat for the day while we were on fall break, and cruise around the bay. We checked prices at many places before calling Wahoo. They were the most reasonably priced and had a boat available for us to take out the next day, at the time we requested. Tyler was so great!! Not only was he super nice, he made sure we knew how everything worked on the boat, where we could go, places to eat and anything safety related. Our entire family had a great day (2 adults, 8 and 13 year old). We will definitely rent a boat from them next time we are in town and would recommend to anyone else. We had a wonderful experience with this company. We had bad reception and our phone call got cut off a bunch of times and the gentleman on the other line was so patient with us while we were trying to make a reservation. We kind of got turned around a bit getting here and we were about 10 minutes late and it didn't matter. Everyone was so easy-going and worked with us city folk. We had a wonderful time with great instructions and the gas was included. It great that we didn't have to spend our time getting gas. I would recommend this company. read more

Had an absolutely great time. We did the 2 1/2 dolphin tour ($195) per jet ski. Their was 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids 18,15,14) One of the great things with this company is they allowed kids under the age of 18 drive the jet ski. Other companies only allowed 18 years or older to drive. We signed a waiver and off we went. Tyler was our tour guide. He provided good pre tour instructions and was confident we'd see dolphins. We ultimately saw plenty of dolphins and had more than our fair share of fun riding time. The kids and us big kids had an absolute blast. We would go back in a heart beat and certainly rate the company very highly. read more

Tyler was awesome, my wife and I booked a jet ski dolphin tour with two skis and brought my 5 year old son with us. Neither my wife nor I have a lot of experience on jet skis, and that day the water was choppy once you got out of the no wake zone. My wife and son were extremely uncomfortable on the skis in the choppy water, and Tyler offered to let us take a boat, or even give us a partial refund if we preferred. Since we had already seen a dolphin and been out for close to 1.5 hrs we decided to take the refund and head back in. That day was still very precious to us and a great memory, thank you wahoo, and thank you Tyler. read more

Today my family (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 5 yr old) rented 2 jet skies for 1 hr. They ensured we were well aware of all the safety rules and things to be cautious of. During our time in the water, we were lucky enough to encounter a mommy and baby dolphin as they took their morning swim. Most expensive boat ride ever. 6 of us went "deep sea fishing", caught 1, 5 lbs mackerel, they were very rude, drank our beer, cussed and then called us after we had already left and complained about there tip. If I could put zero stars, trust me I would. If you want a professional this is not the place to go, if you want good customer service this is not the place to go. Not the tour to take. read more
