As new homeowners from the mainland, we had simply wished to carry out recommended maintenance on our septic system. Unfortunately, we discovered risers had not been properly installed when our home was built in 2021-something apparently all too common on the island despite being required by state law. Joshua and his crew-all family members-had the specialized equipment and experience to locate the septic opening, dig so as to limit disturbance to landscaping and avoid damage to irrigation, install risers to bring access to grade as the law requires, and then pump so we started back at empty once the project was complete. Joshua was upfront about what it would take to complete the project, walked us through options and completed the project for a reasonable cost and very efficiently. We are very appreciative to Joshua and his crew!

After 16 months the chair seat was sagging, contacted the manufacturer who in turned contacted Adam. He came out to the house, looked at the chair and told me he would need to replace the webbing the manufacture used. Made an appointment for a week later, he came back and replaced the webbing on the seat and the back of the chair. I am so pleased, the chair is better now than when it was delivered new. Adam was professional, on time, also called 30 minutes prior to showing up on time. He is now in my phone contacts for any future furniture repair I might need. 100% happy with his work.

The day came that my water should had been delivered. My tank was bone dry because i did 4 loads of laundry that day thinking they were coming. By 3pm i called my husband to have him call to see when they were coming. Mrs Casey Santana then told my husband they were not coming & that they were running 3 days behind. She talk very ruff abd hung up. I than had my husband give me the number because i was stressing knowing our tank was now empty. Mrs Casey Santana was very rude and yelled at me. Then she called back a secound time still yelling??? I was shocked. Luckily I found someone else to deliver the water that day. She then called back a 3rd time cussing me out because she found out i posted it on facebook. I hung up on her. Then she called my husband cussing him out. When i posted this on facebook others came foward saying this company has done the samething, no call no show. Then when you call Mrs. Casey Santana has been very rude with them. I cannot believe this. I am still in shock. No call no show with this company, then you get yelled at by the owners wife: Mrs. Casey Santana when you question why they aren't coming???? Very bad customer service. Social media is a great tool too. I found out they did this to other long standing customers. I was not the 1st, but with me they lost a loyal customer of 8 years.

Have you heard that the USPS is a money-losing venture and has been since email and the internet? This is Hawaii and a place where even a smidge of kindness goes a long way, far longer than complaints on the internet. Ka'u is the largest district on the Big Island and we're very lucky to even have a post office in our town. Imagine if we did not and had to drive 30 minutes to get your mail. And this person is throwing the post office under the bus as they try to deal with Covid? Please return your yelp-complaining, ungrateful self to Texas. This isn't your kind of place.
