He was professional, courteous, polite, friendly, and efficient. We had our car towed since it stopping running properly. Juan arrived, we told him that the car wasn't running, and he got straight to work, hooked the car up, made room for me to sit in the back while the bf sat in the front passenger seat. We had a fun conversation about how fun it must be to drive the tow truck with manual transmission. The tow truck itself was on the older side. So don't expect a brand new truck if you gotta hitch a ride with the car to your destination. After having car issues, it's the least of our worries. Thank you, Juan. The day came that my water should had been delivered. My tank was bone dry because i did 4 loads of laundry that day thinking they were coming. By 3pm i called my husband to have him call to see when they were coming. Mrs Casey Santana then told my husband they were not coming & that they were running 3 days behind. She talk very ruff abd hung up. I than had my husband give me the number because i was stressing knowing our tank was now empty. Mrs Casey Santana was very rude and yelled at me. Then she called back a secound time still yelling??? I was shocked. Luckily I found someone else to deliver the water that day. She then called back a 3rd time cussing me out because she found out i posted it on facebook. I hung up on her. Then she called my husband cussing him out. When i posted this on facebook others came foward saying this company has done the samething, no call no show. Then when you call Mrs. Casey Santana has been very rude with them. I cannot believe this. I am still in shock. No call no show with this company, then you get yelled at by the owners wife: Mrs. Casey Santana when you question why they aren't coming???? Very bad customer service. Social media is a great tool too. I found out they did this to other long standing customers. I was not the 1st, but with me they lost a loyal customer of 8 years.
