A recent Sunday my husband called me from the Kona Target parking lot informing me his car would not start. I drove there immediately to access the situation. We contacted our car insurance co. to request towing to our nearby dealership. After an hour of waiting our insurance company phoned us and said they were unable to get a hold of any towing company to assist us. Needless to say, we were not pleased with this response from them as we have been paying for this service for 11+ years. I immediately googled towing companies near me and proceeded to call the first 2 towing companies listed. Neither answered the phone both went to message. Knowing we did not want to leave our 2-year-old vehicle overnight in any parking lot I searched Yelp! Kona Tow Company was the first one listed with a 5 Star Rating.
