Kept being sent another bill I had already paid, they had no record, I sent in record just for it to not be applied to that appointment but one I haven't been billed for yet. When I called today to explain again I had paid, the man told me "I don't know how to explain this to you any differently" when all I was asking for was the actual bill of a visit instead of a text message with no details. He told me (with an attitude) "I'm printing it right now so you can see what I tell you" and ended up hanging up on me. It's too much of a hassle. Bills come months after appointments, nobody knows what's going on. It's just a mess.

My appointment was mid day on a Monday, I checked in and was seen within minutes. I saw Dr. Huynh. I had 4 different spots on my face taken for biopsies, Dr. Huynh and her assistant gave me the best experience.
