He came back on and I was told he had one in stock. Waited 10 minutes, walked to the store still on hold. Went to the parts dept and said I'm still on hold for the serpentine belt, oops sorry I got sidetracked. He said he would check for it, walked into the aisle came back after a minute and said don't have it. Guess he didn't realize that I could see him from where I was standing. He didn't even look for it. Just stood there for a minute and came back. You lost over $250 in sales that day. I was going to buy the belt and serpentine belt tool and a 229 piece toolkit because I didn't have a toolkit in this truck and I have them in my other trucks. Your parts guys are useless, they won't bother looking for a part when a customer is standing right there. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for parts.

The counter staff processed her card. I tried to explain this but was rudely told to calm down when i tried to ask a question in regards to this situation. her co worker was equally rude or worse. I had all my teeth removed so was really struggling to even talk and even tried to tell her this in response to her comment. This worker did not care and passed me the contract told me read it and return with what's required. I have been a member for many years and never been threader or talked anything close to this. Hanging plants of all kinds in fantastic shape for $14.99 and up. Potting plants, trees of all sizes, with a great selection. I ended up getting 4 hanging plants for under $60.00. I set for the the summer now in the plant department. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly with speedy service through the tills.

You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. The worst mall I've ever been in! They make toddlers wait to get into their free play area, nothing…read morelike bringing babies to go play somewhere and they aren't allowed in for over an hour. We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. Also couldn't believe the people running the "customer service" station directly outside the closed off play area. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure. Won't even go to or order from any of the restaurants attached to this mall, keep up the horrible service

Serendipity's Strathmore is the granddaughter's much-enjoyed consignment shop…read more While browsing before Christmas last year, she found two, lovely pieces of artist-crafted, hand-painted, custom stemware - located in the 'Artisan Market' area of the shop. With her Mom along side (there on a trip at the time), and having us in mind, she purchased the glasses as a 'Love you guys" gift - which daughter brought home, and gifted our way upon return. Though holiday wrapped, we were told to open the package when brought to us, and not wait until Christmas. Which we did, and then tried the glasses for the first time, with some "bubbly" on my December birthday. Our love and thanks again to granddaughter for the loving gesture and glasses. To daughter, for being the loving and personal carrier of the gift. And to Serendipity's Strathmore -- we hear so many good things about your fine shop, and now we have something in-hand to share with those moments.
