I was offered very limited selections of options to choose from for flooring and carpeting to upgrade my house for a rental. I think they must have assumed that I wanted mediocre quality since it's set to be a rental. For carpet, I was given 2 options for colors to choose from. I was initially offered the 30oz carpet but I feared it would not be plush so I wanted to upgrade, so 40oz was the next up. For flooring, I had 3 options for colors to choose from. I choose what was best based on what was presented to me. They took 2 days to install over a period of a week. I guess it's normal for after installation of the flooring that they don't install the toilets back for you? Anywho, after installation, I noticed the carpet felt CHEAP, I wondered if the upgrade was done? I can't imagine what the 30oz version would feel like. The flooring also cheap looking and felt slippery, maybe because it was new. I hope that wears off otherwise it's going to be an issue. Not happy with the results I complained about it to Mike, the properties manager. He was pleasant and we worked out the solution for it. What I learned from the experience was I can't trust the experts/professionals to do the right thing and pick out what I need over emails. They made it easy for me choose by giving me limited options but I should have asked about the quality. I needed to come to the showroom and feel the products out first to know what to expect for such an expensive project.

Great product, great price. It took a couple weeks to receive the carpet we wanted as they had to…read moreorder it but that was OK because we chose to remove the old carpet and pad ourselves. The installation went smooth, 2 young men who were professional in working with us. They took all the small scraps we didn't want for disposal. We requested a couple small changes from how they were going to do a match to our dining room tile. When we told them how we wanted the transition, they were happy to install it "our way". This was a living room, 2 sets of stairs, and a hallway. Very happy with our experience.

For 2 months, would not return a phone call, come to look at the floor, and just blamed my installer for the problem. Was not asking for a refund, just how to possibly fix it. Very dissatisfied!!
