Café that you can sit and have lunch in overlook the main part of the store. I don't want a cheap bottle of wine, but when they average about $3-4 more than other shops, it's obnoxious. The wines they carry too, are not the popular brands. Most annoying was my last visit when a woman came in babbling to herself and was feeling really good. She was intoxicated, she got her liquor at the front and was babbling some more. I was comforted leaving ahead of her that I would beat her out of the parking lot. Rules apply to retails shops and bars. You can't serve/sell alcohol if someone appears intoxicated. Perhaps it was bad judgement, but she was driving and that's stupid and scary. I haven't returned to this store. I'm kind of irked. You would have to be stupid to not know she was drunk.
