We expected different staff for different dental needs but after waiting 35 mins without being called back, she asked at the counter on expected wait time. 1st an office girl insisted her appt was 11:30 and my friend resumed sitting. More time passed, and at 12:05 she asked staff again. THEN she was told another patient had problems and it might be 10 more minutes. OUR disappointment was NOT being kept informed by staff during the passing time. My friend was called back within the additional 10 minute time frame and is currently having her extractions done. I will return later to report her experience with the actual dentist.

Every single appointment my family and I have tried to make over the last FIVE YEARS has been rescheduled at the last minute because of some vague "emergency." Not once. Not twice. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability. They don't call to apologize, explain, or work with you to find a better time. Instead, they'll casually send you a new confirmation text less than 12 hours before your appointment, even if you have had your appointment set for over 6 months, as if your entire life is supposed to revolve around their incompetence and disorganization. People take time off work, rearrange childcare, move schedules around, and plan weeks ahead for medical appointments. This office clearly could not care less. Their attitude seems to be: "Your time means nothing, but ours is sacred." It's unbelievably disrespectful and honestly insulting at this point. And the billing department is just as bad. They repeatedly send duplicate bills claiming no payment was received, even after you've already paid. If you go here, keep EVERY receipt, every statement, every confirmation number, and document the date you paid because apparently their recordkeeping is a complete disaster. If you don't fight them on it, they'll happily act like you're delinquent instead of admitting their own mistakes. I have never dealt with a healthcare office this careless, disorganized, and dismissive toward patients. After years of this nonsense happening to multiple members of my family, it's obvious this is not an occasional issue, it's just how they operate. Avoid this office unless you enjoy wasting your time, arguing about payments, and being treated like your schedule and money don't matter. I am happy to never come here again and keep everyone I can away.
