Online information stated that 95% of HPV cases are males. Later on the practice changed its policy so that men also have to sign. I also objected to being called in for bite wing xays. This was because I had oral surgery and had been told not to use bite wings until the wound healed. When I told Dr.Katz about my concerns regarding all this, he argued with me. The next day I was told to go somewhere else. The practice claims it strives to always do better. But as soon as I complained, I was shown the door.

We expected different staff for different dental needs but after waiting 35 mins without being called back, she asked at the counter on expected wait time. 1st an office girl insisted her appt was 11:30 and my friend resumed sitting. More time passed, and at 12:05 she asked staff again. THEN she was told another patient had problems and it might be 10 more minutes. OUR disappointment was NOT being kept informed by staff during the passing time. My friend was called back within the additional 10 minute time frame and is currently having her extractions done. Do I need to repeat how amazing he is and impressed we are? And his staff is incredible! Last time it was Amy and Elizabeth, who directly assisted Dr. Cooper, and, of course, others helped too before and after the treatment. Truly amazing dentist and human, and truly kind and caring staff! Where do I begin?.. We came to Dr. Cooper to fix the mistakes of our former dentist. We were referred to him by our oral surgeon/implantologist. In his office waiting room we saw numerous diplomas of credentials and achievements along with numerous stories about his selfless service to patients and community, and we were impressed that the dentist with decades of experience and such great achievements was in our network, as many dentists we met before left networks as soon as they got well-established, so we knew that Dr. Cooper wasn't in it just for money. He spent plenty of time with us and temporarily fixed the shaking wrongly installed crown and installed a new crown and give us a discount (which we never asked for!), because he "felt bad for us." How amazing is that?! His numerous staff members were so friendly, as if we knew them for years, truly and genuinely friendly and helpful. Went in to get one of my two front teeth fixed. Mind you, the other front tooth had already been…read morechipped and fixed. The other now chipped for the first time. The dentist shaved down a bottom tooth even when I mentioned this was not the reason for the tooth chipping. Completely disregarded anything I had to say and spoke to me as if I was an uneducated child that couldn't comprehend the sorcery he was about to perform. Now, the shaved tooth is razor sharp. Having the other front tooth previously chip, the respective bottom tooth was not shaved down. My bottom teeth are uneven and the tooth is significantly smaller (both at the top and in the front, compliments of the "minor adjustment"), even though I was reassured it wouldn't be. The top tooth has once again chipped no more than a week later. The dentist stated he would be more "aggressive" if this were to happen. Since I went in with one tooth issue and left with two, I'm going to have to respectfully pass on this "aggressive" procedure. I was told the previous was minor so aggressive makes me fear what that procedure would hold in store for me. Stating this would have been the course of other dentists begs to question why my other tooth is still holding strong and the unnecessary requirement to shave down the bottom. Nearly identical scenarios, different dentists. I now have two issues plaguing me daily as a result of this visit. As I was trying to gather myself in my car, upset about my uneven and smaller bottom tooth, along with the top. The dentist knocked on my window, having followed me to my car to only again state that I probably couldn't understand what was done. It was very uncomfortable to have him follow me into the parking lot and confront me. Demeaning to say the least and insulting to my intelligence. Maybe, I don't fully understand his profession but to speak to someone as if they are ignorant or brainless was very unprofessional. I would not want to step foot in there again.
