I chose not to make a fuss when visiting and today, my first day back i lodged a complaint. I attempted to get either a new plant sent or reimbursed. I spoke w/McKenzie (not the owner) but got a call back from some gal (Owner?) who said she could neither reimburse or replace because of their policy. At first glance, I was skeptical because the cost seemed high, but once I got down to brass tacks, for everything I got and how amazing she was to work with, it was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. There were these little details that I wasn't finding done so well anywhere else, like the "save a stamp" rsvp scan thing where my guests could just reply online, and numbered rsvps where people that didn't include their names were easily tracked down. I had to be flexible because some guests were invited to wedding and reception, and some were just reception due to covid restrictions. She had a reasonable turn-around, but given all of my demands and changes, she really worked harder than she should have had to lol. I can't recommend her enough. I was informed that this could have occurred during transfer or while at the funeral home, but it was nonetheless disappointing. This is what they looked like on the day of the funeral, and this is the response I received from my customer service representative when I messaged her pictures of the arrangement. Their response was very defensive, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed. In my view, this was extremely poor customer service.
