Extremely unprofessional.... In my initial meeting with Lou, he bragged about how he was an "Ivy…read moreLeague Lawyer", and how he was gonna make my wife's "*ss" bleed. He did not handle my divorce as he had promised, just sent amateurs at best!!! The best was one day before trial, I look around the waiting area to see many clients ALL with their respective Lawyers, going over questions, game plan and strategy, As for me? I was sitting alone while my attorney sat 5 rows behind me on his phone the entire time before we were called, needless to say I was totally unprepared for court. They dragged out my Divorce for over 6 years, my Divorce was simple on paper, cut & dry.......should have taken 2 years at best. Also, I paid for a QRDO over 6 years ago, it seems there is no trace of it in the system, and when I call the Firm they never call back.......its like I have been blatantly robbed, OUTRAGEAOUS!!!!!!!!! They will not get away with this, taking them to court. Sorry for the long review, just please, avoid this Firm at ALL costs.

My mother passed away in April 2021 and my sister hired Mr Ingbretsen to do my mom's estate. 3…read moretimes the paperwork to file probate and have my sister appointed as executor was sent out with the date of death off. I'm talking off by 20 years. Probate was never filed until my other sister called to complain that nothing was being done. After the last call, probate was started and that was a year and a day after my mom's death. Supposedly Mr Ingbretsen was in a car accident and another attorney was put on mom's case. My sister and I have called endless times asking to speak to the new attorney and we were blown off and told we would get a call back. We'll I had MY attorney check on mom's estate when she was at the courthouse and found out that probate was not filed until this past July, 15 months after mom's death. We have heard nothing from the lawyer or secretary at all. I am disabled, I do not work and I do not collect disability. I have been staying at my moms house paying thousands in bills and I am a month away from losing the house to foreclosure bc.my mom had a reverse mortgage. I have called Bruce's office over 40 times in the last 2 weeks and now the number is disconnected. I am furious and seeking legal counsel elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I HAVE REPORTED THIS PRACTICE TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION.
