John and Greg (and the others there) were all about helping me make the right decision, answering all my questions and concerns and just making a normally-stressful situation anything but. Once I showed some interest in the car by telephone, they sent dozens of photos of the entire car, including blemishes. Even though I completed the purchase onsite, the photos sent to me ahead of time provided a very accurate understanding of the excellent condition of this car. After the sale they continued to provide excellent and professional service that culminated in shipping the car to California and later sending the Ohio title when it became available.
