I had to trailer the car home. They told me it wasn't their problem and they weren't responsible. I called the regional manager who is over the one in Marion and Delaware. He said basically that i couldn't prove they did it, so he told me to go away. I have 12 bent valves in my engine now. It's going to cost roughly $1500 for me to repair myself. Don't take anything you own in here, I've heard horror stories from tons of people. They also never even did the alignment because there "wasn't enough room for adjustment" with brand new tie rods and a brand new rack. The alignment is actually worse than before. If I could post pictures I would. My brand tie rod Boots are all twisted up. bent valves and a smoked clutch. And they will never take responsibility for anything based on my experience and tons of reviews and accounts from friends. horrible business and bad people.
