All people who work there with the exception of one guy, have deplorable customer service skills. They intentionally ignore customers and don't seem to give a damn about a customer's time. This has been a repeated experience over and over again. They seriously need training in customer service and an attitude adjustment because it's disgustingly bad. read more

This location has some work to do. Outside the trash seems to always be full and running over, the store has times it has had some expired items and they are always short staffed. The positives is they do accept FedEx boxes, they have a photo section, and they do also have a pharmacy. The pharmacy seems to always either be busy or short staffed as well but they push through. The employees on the floor is constantly changing and some of them are really rude. I have found one lady that normally works in the photo and several other places in the store but she is always so sweet. I'll have get her name. When you get photos printed here, make sure to take a look before leaving to make sure it's up to par. All in all this is a decent Walgreens but it's not the best. They have somethings that need to be worked out and this could be a great place. read more

Walgreens - FedEx rules - Drugstores Near Me - Aberdeen, Maryland

I called the Aberdeen Walgreens pharmacy today and was put on hold. I waited about 40 minutes then got in my car and drove to the Aberdeen store. I was still on hold when I got to the head of the line and spoke to the woman behind the counter. She claimed the phone was outsourced and not handled in the store. I then spoke to the store manager and he said the same thing. Whatever they are doing it isn't for the benefit of the customer. I was on hold for one hour and 30 minutes. If they can't do better than this I need to find a new pharmacy. read more

Always use this pharmacy never had a problem until today. As I was putting my medication in my month pill days of the week so I know when I have taken my meds I realized that I was supposed to have 90 pills but while filling my container there were only 64 so I called explained they told me that they would have a manger check the camera footage to see what may have happened so I called today to find out what they were going to do and the pharmacist was so rude and the tech in the background was awful made me feel like a liar and a criminal she said it was IMPOSSIBLE for that to happen and that they checked the cameras and they checked their system and that they dont lie pretty much calling me a liar. Now I'm screwed because I dont have enough medication to get thru the month.. not sure how I lost 26 pills from the bottle that's left in my med cabinet but whatever at this point I give up!! read more

I been trying to transfer my prescription for several days. I have experienced multiple holds while trying to check on the transfer. I was cut off several times while talking to a pharmacist. They said they were unable to get the old pharmacy by phone. Oddly, I've never had any issue getting through to my old Pharmacy. I guess like everyone else. They are understaffed. Yeah. So....Ms. SANDY that you had at the register tonight Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 5:40pm....is lacking professionalism, courtesy, and tact. If there is ONE person in line with no customers behind them, is it truly necessary to open a new box of bags (it had appx 6 small bundles to be hung) and slowly hang the bags with not so much as a 'Excuse me for a moment', 'I'm sorry, do you mind waiting', or 'Please allow me'? This woman could have easily grabbed ONE bag, rung me up, THEN continued on with her little project. I thought it was extremely rude and impolite. She acted miserable and unconcerned while moving at a sloths speed. Not acceptable. I'll be heading to Rite Aid. read more

The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they usually have coupons for developing photos, which is a huge money saver for me. However, the customer service here is awful. Every single time I come in here to get photos, WITHOUT FAIL, it takes a good 5 or more minutes to get someone to the photo desk. I've even had to physically track someone down to get them to come over and ring up my photo purchase. I have been tempted to go behind the counter myself and get my own photos! Ugh read more
