I checked in at this location yesterday and went back for a few items today. My first job ever was at the store front of a well known pharmacy (over 30 years ago). I remember trying to multitask between the register and stocking shelves. Definitely lots of work and patience. Huge props to store manager Adam. Good people need to get recognition.

Who yes never said anything wrong but always rushing to give you any information with an attitude. I always let go didn't pay attention- giving her excuses working in pharmacy myself for the past 12 years may be she was busy/ had a bad day or this is just how she gets through the day trying to be speedy as much as she can with her interactions/calls. Until I asked for a refill for my medication and upon asking her what would be the cost for 1 month versus 2 months. I was surprised I was told it's so much cheaper than the first time. So, I used the repeat back method to make sure I have heard her correctly apparently she knew her info; yet, she wasn't paying attention and she quoted me for a much less value by mistake not listening attentively to my question and rushing like before. Upon pickup, I was quoted for the correct price about what I was thinking. So, when I tried to just clarify to her I wasn't told so. She started raising her voice /tone talked with an attitude on how she knows her medicine and pricing and how long she has been dealing with these medications. And that there is no way she quoted me for something else. It's seriously, not a big deal and even if I was the wrong one who forgot or didn't pay attention- I just try to fix the issue. I never spoke to my patients in such an attitude and when I tried to tell another tech she has an attitude. I was told she is my mom so. I was silent not because I couldn't complain further; yet, It wasn't worth my time it was a hopeless case. Since, when we address family connections at work or take it into consideration. So, it wasn't worth it to me because she will of course defend her mom and not pay attention to how she really talks. Also, me being there in the waiting area and hearing the daughter talking about me in a condescending way and how she knows her mom and not respecting even I was still there was more unprofessional. It's sad because the pharmacy is great; yet, if I ever need such special medication again I would rather drive and not have to deal with such customer service /attitude!

UPDATE: Second terrible experience here in the same month. Drive through window "closed due to…read morestaffing shortage", forcing you to go inside during a pandemic. Waiting in line next to a Vaccine tent 3 feet away from the checkout. Sadly, you can tell the pharmacist is incompetent the second you lay eyes on him. Unnecessary "hobby confusion" at the checkout counter. Customers who don't speak english and do not move away from the checkout for 5 minutes after they are informed their prescription isn't ready. 5 million questions and a receipt that takes 5 minutes to print. Expect to waste 20 minutes of your life you'll never get back to complete one simple task at this location. Total clown show. Literally wait in drive through line for 40 minutes to be told it's not ready, after receiving text that it's ready. Was afraid I'd run out of gas sitting in line for so long. Staff seems confused and on meds.

The cashier gave no greeting, no smile, no "thank you," no "have a nice day" ... nothing. He simply handed me the bag without saying a word. Wth? That kind of cold, indifferent service really stands out in a customer-facing position. A clean, well-run store loses a lot of goodwill when the final interaction feels that dismissive. Management should seriously look at cashier training and basic customer-service standards. A simple greeting and thank-you cost nothing, but they make a big difference.

They do not treat ppl well,…read moreinstead they continuously tell you that your prescriptions are out of stock that it will most likely not be covered due to it being available over the counter. When you at that time try to use you GoodRx card that your Doctor provided to use for the over-the-counter item. They tell you that the card will not work. Which is not true. As you to correct them on the misinformation you are then subjected to micro aggressive responses. Then told that if you wanted to try another RiteAid they will provide the prescription over the phone, Then someone hands you the store number. But that's not the worst of it. As you proceed to a nearby isle, you literally can overhear them laughing and mocking you. This has not been my first encounter, The same situation happened again. You may ask why do you keep going there? Well unfortunately the longtime Rite Aid I was going to for the past 14 year closed down in Bethlehem and this is the closest one. There should be no reason for this unprofessionalism. I hope this is addressed, before someone files a serious complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy. I do have to make clear that the Pharmacy in Rite Aid is a complete separate entity from the store itself. The store staff are amazing and always helpful.

Two other well known companies said they couldn't do it for a variety of reasons. I am on my second month of pill packs and am so grateful to Ali. I was spending over an hour a week sorting pills and vitamins. Cedar Care Pharmacy is conveniently located across from the hospital and within a doctor's building. Ali also saves me time by calling my doctors for refills when needed. Unfortunately, this level of service has declined since Ali's departure. And the hours aren't consistent. For example the website says they are open on Saturdays. They aren't right now.

They have been writing and filling prescriptions for someone using my insurance information. When my insurance attempts to contact them they ignore the calls and letters that are sent. They know they are doing illegal shit, i even had the district attorney call me because a case he was working on involved this pharmacy. Sick people. And when I've called to tell them to stop filling any scripts under my account info, because it wasn't me, they claimed they did. Yet for a year now I've been seeing scripts on my account pop up that aren't mine.
