I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and an employee named Brandy showed me exactly where it was. My item was the winter candy apple body collection. It was on sale buy 3 get 2 free! I picked the ones I wanted and looked for another sign that said that so I could make sure I choose from the correct variety and there was a sign in the middle of the in the stars collection so i choose from that. And then went to check out and when I did brandy was there to check me out. She told me the in the stars collection was not part of the deal. They had their own sale going. I told her about the sign and she got an attitude really fast and tried explaining the correct sale to me. But her attitude ruined it. I told her I understand but she needs to move the sign. And that really frustrated her for some reason and then another employee who was listening in laughed insyead of trying to help. All I did was make a simple merchandising segestion and she acted like I was in the wrong and was rude and gave me an attitude. I made the segestion so other customers wouldn't be confused like I was. I then went and found a different employee told her about the sign and she explained to me which ones were part of the sale that I was looking for. The customer service in this store could be a lot better than it was and the merchandising could be better as well. And the attitudes have got to go!

Don't drink but needed to make vanilla extract and didn't know where anything was since I never been into the shop. Dude at the register asked what I wanted, said any cheap whisky for my baking, he started questioning me asking why I wasn't using everclear for vanilla extract. Told him you can use vodka or whisky/bourbon. Looked at me like I was stupid, then pointed me to McCormick ($16). I looked over to the left and saw Kentucky bourbon ($10). Misdirected me and tried to upsell and take advantage. Should've just looked by myself instead of falsely taking the shop keeps word. He also mentioned that I have "no idea what I'm doing" I said I knew and insisted on telling me what to buy. Bought my Kentucky bourbon and left. Would never go back again. Shady and ingenuine. Oh and on top of that was smoking a cigar right in front of my face while trying to explain what makes a bourbon a bourbon as if I didn't already know, again, took a 16 week course oh the history of spirits/beer/wine for Vegas which is mandatory to be a bartender there. Didn't need the extra lecture.

anyone saying this mall is amazing is delusional or paid for a good review, sure it's had its…read morebetter times but really let's be serious, tell me why you have 2 options in your food court probably only 1 soon and not only that but why leave the a/c broken for over a year on the side of the mall where your food court is where they have fryers and grills that add to the heat. 1/2 your mall has stores (you guessed it , the side that has a/c) when there's only 3 stores on the side that's hotter then the Texas heat. Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or walk/wait on the hotter side of the mall. Be better management and do something about that ac because it's ridiculous.
