Which is ok with me, they aren't overly friendly, but they haven't been rude to me. No clue how the person filling the order missed it and it was in the correct place. The coupons definitely help with the overall cost when I need something. I only shop when I have coupons, which seem to be often! I've used the pharmacy for vaccines, they get you in and out as long as they acknowledge your presence and honor the appointment time. I've waited an hour for a vaccine despite having an appt and checking in. The store could be stocked better, pharmacy could do a better job with appointments and associates, I rarely interact with because I use self check out to utilize all my rewards. The last associate that checked me out didn't apply all my rewards/coupons despite me saying to use them all. Basically I have a love-hate relationship with the CVS in store experience, this includes all locations I've visited. Online is my personal favorite.
