She had me stand in front of her face for 16 minutes and didn't say a single thing to me, it was down hill from there. Answering very nasty and rude, had a smirk when I asked a simple question. I would highly recommend switching to another location if you're able to, but a pro about this location is that it's one of the only ones open 24/7. During my most recent visit, I had scheduled an appointment for some vaccines at 9:30, but it's now 9:45 with no pharmacist to be seen to administer them. Doing a pick up order online isn't too bad since these are generally ready & the cashier lines in the front aren't as long as the one in the back of the store.

They were friendly courteous and worked very diligently ensuring there would be enough room for us to pull our cars out with room to spare. Their charge for the work was $20 but we paid $30 for how well they conducted themselves. This is the type of service that should be raved about on review sites and while it did not directly involve a CVS transaction, it has convinced me to provide CVS business. My belief is that if the employees of any business go out of their way to provide good service, that business as well as it's employees should be adequately rewarded with repeat customers.

I was just requiring the pickup of my prescriptions which I was notified by cvs via email were ready. When I entered my name into the computer system, which leads a great deal to be desired, I was notified by the technician from the other side of the pharmacy that there was nothing for me and when challenged that I was sent a text she instructed me to go to the other desk like I was a major inconvenience to her and then told begrudgingly that it was not there and would take several hours to fill. I left without my prescriptions or my purchases. When returning home I was again notified that the prescriptions were ready at the same cvs I had just left 10 minutes prior. Phoned my prescribing physician and moved my medication needs to Walgreens.
