I love this particular CVS location. Mostly due to the employees. I have always felt welcomed and assisted there. They always say hello and give you useful advice on certain products. This review is only to help out my fellow citizens who are in need of a pharmacy. If you can go anywhere else than here please do. Go to Walgreens on Ventnor or even the Margate or AC CVS because this pharmacy is beyond terrible. They even have two signs requiring courtesy at the counter and why do you suppose that is? Because even the kindest of people lose their marbles at how inept they are at this pharmacy. Save yourself, go a few extra miles for your own piece of mind. read more

I rarely post but had to tonight because I was treated so rudely by the CVS Pharmacy manager, unfortunately I did not get his name. I scheduled an online appointment for a vaccine and received a text confirming my 5 o'clock appt. When I arrived he said my appointment was at 6 He wouldn't even look at my phone he didn't care. He did not try to accommodate me by at least telling me how much longer I would have to wait. He said 6 only and very arrogant and ignorant and rude. read more

This store needs help. No one answers the phone! On hold for the pharmacy for 14 minutes then an idiot picked up the phone and disconnected! They are rude and not helpful at all!!! I will be using another pharmacy moving forward. read more

Rude and unhelpful pharmacist and tech. Wow. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but that was just a horrible experience. Cvs Pharmacy's on the East Coast all need to be Coached on The importance of Excellent Customer Service; Pharmacy employees need to understand their customers are coming to them already in pain, requiring Medicine to aid in them feeling better or not ill . Poor customer service can escalate Blood Pressure & heart rate creating chronic pain, headaches, stomachache and body pain & disfunction. Beware of ordering a specialty drug. Without notifying you, they will submit it to CVS specialty pharmacy, a national company, you will receive the most unimaginable horrible service possible. I spoke over a one week period to a different representative each time. Each promised resolution, so that I could receive my cancer drug. This entailed the most red tape imaginable. This location did a total interior reno after Sandy. The prescription area is now huge and easier/more private to use. The pharmacists are particularly helpful and will always stop what they are doing to answer a question. I think all CVS stores have always had a problem with keeping stock up and this one is no different. It is rare that I go and am able to get everything on my list. I have several options in neighborhood drug stores, but this CVS is definitely my choice. read more
