When I brought this up, the pharmacist came over to me and decided to sternly tell me that it was misinformation and that I need to call my insurance. Which is not a problem. I have no problem calling my insurance to make sure that things are covered. But the way that she decided to talk to me was extremely rude. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly uncalled for. This was an older woman, I proceeded to let her know that she was being rude. As I was making my phone call standing not even 10 feet away. When I called, they (sorry, I don't remember who I spoke with) gave me the name (Dan) and his number of their next door business associate who had what I was looking for. After speaking with Dan (who was out running errands), he told me that, depending on when we left the hospital, he would either meet me at the store. Or, he could DELIVER it to my residence. :O Well, it turned out that we left shortly after my initial conversation with Dan. So, I texted him my address and he delivered the commode fully assembled and at the price that he told me about over the phone. Kudos to Dan and Wells UD&MS.
