When I called, they (sorry, I don't remember who I spoke with) gave me the name (Dan) and his number of their next door business associate who had what I was looking for. After speaking with Dan (who was out running errands), he told me that, depending on when we left the hospital, he would either meet me at the store. Or, he could DELIVER it to my residence. :O Well, it turned out that we left shortly after my initial conversation with Dan. So, I texted him my address and he delivered the commode fully assembled and at the price that he told me about over the phone. Kudos to Dan and Wells UD&MS.

I had a prescription that I refilled. When I picked it up, I noted that my order contained only 10 pills instead of the 90 the prescription called for. Upon inquiring about the error, I was told that the order was for 100 pills and that my insurance would not cover more than 90. They never told me about this issue when they filled it, and they made it appear that I still had one refill left. In short, the pharmacy mismanaged the situation failing to alert me to an issue with my original order and then compounded that failure when I tried to refill it when they knew they were not filling the expected quantity. As a result, I had to leave without my full prescription and now need to wait for the doctor to send in a fresh prescription to them. Quite aggravating that they knew about this problem for a week and did nothing to fix it for me

They never call or text to let you know your prescription is ready. Never answer or return phone calls to ask if they received the script. Then they wait until you go to pick it up, to tell you there was an issue with filling the prescription. Why not call first? Versus waiting for me to go pick it up assuming it's good for pick up? Just major lack of communication. This is why I prefer mail order prescriptions. But it's not always an option when you need the meds asap.
