Sent in some photos to be printed online picked them up a few days later opened it while still there and saw they had marks on every photo and 2 were blurry & fuzzy I asked for the 2 only to be reprinted & the supervisor in the area or whatever she was said she couldn't do it because a few days passed and I didn't pick them up the first day they were printed even though she admitted it was their fault obviously and their machine and that their employee should've caught it and redid them she refused to do anything about it and offered for me to pay to have them correct their mess up NO THANK YOU. Wont be coming back to this location better employee values and training need to be instilled. read more

What's the use on making an appointment if walk-ins get priority ?? I had an appointment and 3 others where ahead of me and got priority ?? The Pharmacist was on the cash register for 30 minutes processing on client ?? They told me to comeback in an hour even though I had an appointment. Horrible service. Walked into this Walgreens went to the shelf and they were out of laundry detergent. I asked a manager if they had any in the back and he looked and said no sorry about that. He suggested get a rain check. I walked to the front of the store, stood in line for over 10 minutes and when it was my turn I asked for rain check. The response from the cashier was we don't give a rain check and as she as pointing at the weekly ad and I asked her why? She said cause everyone is ants it. WELL IF YOUR SHELFS WERE FULL, I would not want the rain check!!! What is wrong with Walgreens?? Horrible service!! They should be out of business already!!! read more

This Walgreens pharmacy (107th ave and Camelback) has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy in town. If I could give them half a star I would, matter fact I'd give them no stars for their customer service! Always short staffed and there paper signage that they have on the window for this million dollar establishment / company is ridiculous. Time to switch to another pharmacy. Always a good place to grab just what you need. I went in to Walgreens because I was feeling a little under the weather and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the best medicine to take. The pharmacist could easily see I was confused however he took the time to ask me questions and answer all the questions I had, and even suggested some over the counter medicines that might make me feel better. After grabbing some over-the-counter medicine I took advantage of walking down the aisles and looking at all the items carried at your local drug stores. I walked out of the store with medicine, juice, snacks, and even a "as seen on tv" item or two. Walgreens is a great place to grab just what you need. read more

Twice already the Pharmacy has slacked off. First time they failed to get in contact with my doctor about my medication so I had to call my doctor and sort things out myself. Now a second time months later I got a prescription from my doctor after my visit at 9 AM....my doctor said she sent my prescription over and should be ready by today....so here comes 4 PM and after waiting THIRTY MINUTES in line the pharmacist tells me they don't know they medication my doctor wanted so they'll have to call her tomorrow... so you're telling me you had ALLLL DAY to sort this out but waited until I came in to tell me and then try to fix it? Not even a phone call to me to give me an update? So now since they waited all day to do their jobs I am out medication for another day. read more

I tend to prefer Walgreens over CVS. Not sure if I think I'm getting a better deal or what exactly it is that draws me to them, but I'll take a Walgreens over a CVS any day of the week. Stopped in for a couple of medical supplies. Paid for our goods and we were out. Prices weren't too crazy when compared to some online options. You'll almost never beat Amazon though, but this place is A-OK if you need the product in your hands immediately. read more

I've been to this Walgreens twice with my Service Dog. They were so much more polite. On both occasions, the pharmacy staff even offered to give her a treat. It might be worth my while to just drive the extra distance to be treated with dignity at this store instead of the 107th/McDowell Location. I appreciate the kindliness and courteous behavior of the staff. read more

Horrible service from Walgreens Drugstore at Indian School and 107th location. They are incapable of getting all my perscriptions ready for one stop pick up. This last experience was truly horrendous: Stated they needed to fax my physician for renewal on three of my perscriptions. Doctor sent immediate approval with confirmation back to the pharmacy but staff managed to misplace two of the faxes. They finally found them in a "stack of faxes". When I went to pick up my perscriptions two additional scripts were missing. Turns out they too needed to be faxed to my physician for renewal. Totally disorganized and frenzied staff. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist in charge this guy with no lab coat or name badge claims to be the manager. Are you kidding?!!! Do you really want this untrained and uncaring staff to fill your life saving perscriptions? I certainly am moving pharmacies AND taking my retail business to CVS and I would recommend you all do the same. read more

I can only talk for the employee's in the store, not the pharmacy staff. The employee's have horrible customer service skills. First, I asked a white haired lady for help with information on the new card system. She stunk like cigarette smoke. After she help me sign up for a card, I went to shop. Then I had a question about how soon you receive the points rewards, so I found another employee. This employee said "if you go to the front register, she can help, I'm not familiar with the rewards." I go to the front register where I ask the woman for a booklet about the rewards system. She looks around then starts talking to the customer in line behind me like I wasn't even there. Then looks at me and says " What did you need??" ...I tell her again...she says "Do you see that stand with booklets behind you on top of the other register?" "Those are it." Why didn't she say that 3 mins. ago before talking to another customer??? jeez, Then I go to check out at the cosmetics because obviously I didn't want to go back to the employee at the front register. The second lady I talked to comes over and starts scanning my transaction. When I tell her I have more than one transaction she says who told you, you could do that. I tell her the white haired lady that signed me up for the rewards program card. She leaves and comes back with the white haired lady. I comment after my transactions are over that I was thankful for her patience. She doesn't even say anything, and the whole time she was ringing up my items she acts like it's a horrible thing... she is the only that told me I could do more than one transaction. If she had said no, then she wouldn't have had this problem... This was my first time trying to use the rewards system at Walgreens and I am 100% sure I won't be going to shop at this Walgreens again, and maybe not any other because of how ridiculous the rewards system is. read more

I give this review two stars. The reason is because I do like the convenience and selection of the merchandise they have available inside the store. The people who work there are generally very nice as well. The problem is the pharmacy. I can't tell you how many prescriptions I've had messed up in one way shape or form. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone who's getting a prescription filled. Some of the things that of happened to me or partial reFills For let's say a day or two and then I come back to pick up the rest of the prescription and they told me the whole thing was already filled. This happened not once not twice but three times. I also I've had prescriptions text me that already when they're not, and prescriptions at work even filled when I dropped off the prescription. There are other things as well but you get the idea if you can avoid the pharmacy at this place then Walgreens has a decent place. read more
