Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. GABBY sucks at her job. Horrible customer service. Had some payment issues the caused me to step out of line. They "voided" my already scanned items due to this. They then put my items behind the counter, waiting for me to get back in line and pay. After getting back in line to pay for the stuff i previously tried to buy at the register. I'm communicating the situation to her, attempting to get my "voided" items rescanned. She just told me "they put your items back" i even told her to ask the gentleman literally right next to her to was helping me before where the bag was. She DIDNT TALK TO HIM AT ALL. Proceeded to tell me i'm pretty sure they put it back. I go to look for the items. No where to be found. Come to find out, they had them behind the register but she was to fucking lazy to ask‍ thanks for making me get in line for a 3rd time because your an idiot who can't be proactive in customer service. How hard is it to ask your coworker a question?!? Was more worried about clocking out then simply searching for the fucking items that were behind the counter with her. She's slow. Please fire her. The 2 stars is for the tall older gentleman who works late at night. He is very nice, professional and respectful. He deserves 5 stars just for himself. What is wrong with the daytime staff at this place?! They promised to deliver my seizure medication within a couple hours. 10pm and it still didn't arrive. I called and they refused to let me cancel the delivery and pick it up, putting me at risk of having a seizure! I had to wait 24 hours before they sorted out the situation. On Wednesday, I submitted a request for my medication to be filled in addition to one that's waiting for pick up. I only have 1 dose left. I have multiple refills on file for this particular drug so they don't need to get approval from my doctor. The girl on the phone sounded very annoyed and tried to tell me they'd have it ready on Saturday! It's ridiculous that they would expect anyone to run out and wait 4-5 days! Unacceptable! Then she said we will have it tomorrow. Who wants to make 2 trips in 2 days when you shouldn't need to?! I TOLD her I want to pick up both TODAY so I do not run out. I have been on these medications for years and have NEVER ever had this issue until I transferred my business to this pharmacy after I moved from California! I might understand if it was far too soon for the refill, had to contact doctor or if they were out of stock, but that is not the case. I will be looking for another pharmacy that puts a person's health and convenience first! I'm sick of this crap! read more

Visiting this location over 18 years. Mainly in the middle of the night when over the counter medicine is needed. I wish more locations were open 24 hours like this one. Always helpful employees. I like their store brand that offers better dye free and non artificial sweetened medicines options. I also appreciate Walgreens offering natural remedy alternative products as well. Always fun browsing the seasonal section, toys and Hallmark card section. They always have deals going. They even offer online shopping and shipping! To be honest I dont even want to waste my time writing a review considering not a darn thing will be done about these imbiciles that work at this place. What a disgrace this pharmacy has become. It is so sad to see how big companies really just dont care about customer service anymore. The only one that has provide great customer service the 8 years I have been going here is the tall older gentlemen that works at night. He has always been so nice and I am surprised he still works here and can tolerate these people. The other staff should be fired or should go through extensive customer service training. Not only are they extremely rude to the customers but the way  they talk to each other is disgraceful. Let me offer some words of advice  considering I work for a top Fortune 500 company that would never tolerate this type of behavior. First, you never answer the phone without acknowledge the person prior to placing them on hold and just say "Walgreens, please hold" and just leave the customer sitting there without refreshing the call after a few mins. No, just leave the customer hanging for 10mins or better yet hang up on them. Secondly, you dont call them and tell them that you can't fill their perscription because there is a Nationwide outage and just say ok is there anything else I can help you with? Mind you I called earlier and someone else told me they could fill it just not for a couple of weeks. They didnt say NOT at all. You have no people skills what so ever!! What  if it was your mother, grandmother, aunt, sister or someone in your family calling because they needed their meds? Would you treat them the way you do your customers? How do you go home and sleep at night? You are dealing with the public! You chose this job. If you dont like it, then get out. Dont treat your customers the way that you do because eventually they will leave one by one and it is your customers that keep you employed and if you have no customers you have no job. Think next time you are rude to someone in the drive thru or when you answer the phone. You never know who that person is. It could be the CFO's sister, daugther or a relative! read more

I called the store at around 2pm and asked about passport photos (what time they stop doing them & if I would need to set an appointment). I was told that they are open 24 hours and take passport photos at any time with no appointment necessary. This was perfect for me as I got off late around 7pm and needed them for the next day. I drove all the way from 91st and Thomas just to be told that they are not taking passport photos because they are backed up. Communication was obviously very poor as the lady I spoke to on the phone earlier that day said they would take photos at any time. Over the counter medicines and so much more. I went to Walgreens because I was feeling a little under the weather and thought it would be good to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine totake. The pharmacist could easily see I was confused and offered his assiatance. After selecting my over the counter medicines I walked around the store and purchased juice, a few snacks, and even a "as seen on tv" item or two. We had to divert here from CVS for a prescription fill at 3am. Which was the best thing to happen anyway. The pharmacist on the phone was absolutely a delight, and she was even nicer in person. Nice store design, but pharmacy is slow as a geriatric slug Walgreens is our neighborhood drugstore. It's clean, bright, and has a fresh design. Would be four stars, minus the glacial movement of the pharmacy section. Picking up basic scripts takes 20 to 30 minutes, even if using the "express" lane. I guess one could bring a book. At least a novella. Maybe the Lord of the Rings trilogy. The prevalence of motor scooters will help with transportation. read more

Pharmacy staff at times seem distant and rushed. Under staffed always. This is my favorite Walgreens. Every time I go in here it is clean and organized. You are often greet by all staff as soon as you go in. It is 24hrs which is extremely helpful. Pharmacy is streamlined with a nice little waiting room if your waiting for your prescriptions. They also have a lot of stuff for sale for Millenium High School. read more

This has to be the most impressive WalGreens store around the west valley. It's huge and has a great selection of products. What really stood out is their section that simulates a Circle K or Quik-Trip. Want an ICEE? Yup, they have an Icee machine. I even considered buying one of their gourment-type sandwiches/wraps/salad/dessert. It's a 24 store and has a very well lit cosmetics area. I can't wait to go back! read more

We have used Walgreens as our primary pharmacy but never again.. my dr sends them a prescription for a common medication.. its Friday evening..we go to pick up the script only to be told they dont have it and have no other alternative... they then will not transfer to script.. cant get in touch with the Dr as its Friday night and all Walgreens can say is so sorry.. that s policy... how about helping a good client and get it from another Walgreens or transfer script... never trust your script to walgreens!!!!
