(June 15, 2025 around 6:15 pm; Battle Creek Columbia Walgreens). I laid out a $10 and two $1 bills on the counter after struggling to collect them from my wallet. A young woman clerk at the register stood there silent with her hand out mumbling incoherently about how "she demand respect". Insisted the bills be placed into her hand. No transaction unless I complied. This was in front of my wife who looked on in shock. It was rude and beyond disgraceful. We have a home on Goguac Lake (very close) and I, nor any member of my family will never shop at Walgreens on Columbia there again. This person needs customer service counseling or better, another job. Had she worked in my Texas business, she'd of been fired onsite. read more

The pharmacy is plagued with problems. Repeated partial orders is monthly occurrence. Last month, I had a strange pill in Gabapentin. The source of the strange pill was Walgreens pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy is usually disorganized. They have to wander around, rummaging through boxes on the floor to find your prescription. They'll send you text, saying your prescription is ready, only it's not. You have to come back later and wait through the hour long line again. Go somewhere else unless you absolutely have to use this pharmacy. read more

If I could give lower than one star I would. Literally the worst service every time in the pharmacy. They cannot get a single thing right. I have given chance after chance and I am so done. They've given me someone else's medication, given me the wrong amount and dosage. And now I go for a Covid test and get a call saying they messed that up too. Done. Don't waste your time coming here. I have been with Walagreens for many years. Now is the time to switch to Rite-aid. Many times I have tried to pick up my meds and they say they have nothing from the doctor. It took three times for the doctor to call in my meds. When I go in there right after from talking to the doctor about this, they still say they have nothing from the doctor. It takes me getting into their face to have them go check again and my oh my it is there. I'm done, done, done. read more

Easy in and out lot. Don't worry about police, there not as bad as Liza says they are. Most people dont worry about them and dont even see them and go about their business. The ones that do are either hiding something or doing something illegal and are keeping an eye out for them. read more

Drive here carefully. There's more cops than the parking lot of NASCAR race. Real talk. Staff is friendly, yet not terribly smart. It's clean, and so bright I'm compelled to buy face cream also. The 24 hour Walgreens in Battle Creek on Columbia has the worst service ever! They are always slow, literally never answer the phone, send emails saying your prescription is ready when its not, which you will find out after an hour wait in line. I can't wait until the 24 hour CVS opens across the street, until then I will be going somewhere else. read more

Typical Wal-Greens in Battle Creek. The staff was not too friendly walking around the store, but the cashier at the front was friendly when I checked out. The layout is a lot like most of the other Wal-Greens. Overall, no major problems here. read more

I called to find out how much they charge for a flu shot. I selected the option to speak with the pharmacy, first time I was disconnected, second time left on hold for long time. I called again, and because their phone message said to find out more about the flu shot ask ANY team member. This time I selected customer service, the person who answered had no idea and was going to transfer me back to pharmacy. No thanks. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is not very helpful to their patients. They will call you and leave a message that a prescription has been filled. If you call back and ask what one it is they will not tell you. They insist on a face to face to give out any information. I tried to explain to them that in my case they are dealing with my mom, who is 83 years old and not in good health. If its not a prescription that she needs right now then she shouldn't be out trying to pick it up. If it is one that she needs then I will get somebody to go get it for her. They refuse to tell even the patient what prescription it is. They say they can't be sure they are speaking to the actual patient. This makes no sense at all. Maybe they should spend a little extra time getting to know their patients, and establish a mutual trust. I use a Walgreens in Grand Rapids area and I can call them and have no problem talking to them....but they take the time to get to know people. This Walgreens has been filling prescriptions for my mom for many many years. They should know who she is when she calls. NO excuse for the way they treat people. HIPA laws or not. IF they took the time to get to know who they are dealing with this wouldn't be an issue. This Walgreens has state of the art everything. They built a brand new store across the street from the old one...Too bad they don't employee people that actually want to get to know their patients and try to help make life a little bit easier. read more
