Do not understand what's happened to Walgreens. I transferred my scripts here due to constant issues at the location nearest me. Now this location is just as bad. After multiple refills it's now become clear that they do NOT fill a script, whether called in by a doctor or entered online or by phone by the customer, until you arrive to the pharmacy and inquire. Then and only then it seems will they actually fill the script. And it doesn't seem to matter how many days pass after putting in for a refill, we can't get a single script until we come in, wait in line, and beg. At that point they will fill it, but then you must wander the store for 20 minutes until it's ready. Are there any Walgreens that operate under normal protocols or is this just their standard now?? read more

Made an appointment for Covid testing, arrived 15 minutes early to take care of insurance billing. Pharmacist refused to allow the test because it "takes too much time." Store manager tried to help me but the pharmacist still refused. read more

Four years ago the location off of Tualatin valley hwy was great. It has certainly gone down hill. Understaffed for the high volume traffic it recieves. I'm not certain if the previous crew was more efficient or the volume was less but I have started going to Walmart and vaccines and perscriptions never seem to be a issue with the Walmart I go to. read more

Has anyone seen all the garbage, cigarette butts and general filth outside the entry to Walgreens in Aloha? They can't take 20 minutes and sweep up? Terrible. The store parking lot (and pharmacy drive up entrance) at 19975 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy, Beaverton, OR is littered with trash. There isn't even a trash can by their front door. There is also litter on the floor inside the store entrance where the ATM is located. I can't understand why employees can't just pick up the dropped ATM receipts left after using the machine. read more

The staff here is friendly and really try their hardest to make sure to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. Reann in particular has made this pharmacy my preferred pharmacy. She knows me by name and has really gone above and beyond to help when there have been any issues with my prescription (using savings card vs insurance etc). There are small issues here & there with them not catching that a "pending" or hold on a prescription should be overridden; and when they say they close at 130 for lunch, they close at 130!, even if you have been waiting in line (drive thru) before that time, so don't come close to that time or you may not get served. read more

I stop in here on occasion as it's the closest Walgreens to my house, and have always been satisfied, but nothing special. Then today happened. I was deathly ill today, went to the doctor, and had my meds called into my normal pharmacy of choice, Costco. I dragged my sick self into Costco, only to find their pharmacy is closed on Sundays. Are you kidding me?! I had my doctor re-route my meds to Walgreens out of desperation. When I arrived about 5 minutes later, they had just received the info from my doctor and rushed to get them filled. The staff were so sympathetic, they knew I felt awful, and knew I'd been running all over town trying to get my meds. The pharmacy manager was incredibly kind, just what I needed on this awful day. I had never taken these particular meds, and she made sure I understood what was happening and why - even giving me . I'll definitely be making Walgreens my go-to pharmacy from now on. read more

They are difficult to manage. The online interface is a joke. I recommend going inside to pickup your order since they are in no hurry to fill prescriptions in the drive thru, and let cars pile up (I typically turn my engine off). If I am in the window when this is happening I definitely feel like a jerk. Since I have had Walgreens for years I am not sure if this is the norm for prescriptions or not. I love the pharmacy here. The employees do such a great job of making every interaction the best. They're always on top of communication and whenever I have my dog, they always offer her a milkbone. Thank you Walgreens for giving my mother a reason to say "I told you not to go there! They're awful." After I just got defending you guys. I said I don't normally have issues with Walgreens. Well, today ya gave me one. I'm currently healing from surgery to fix up a nifty spiral fracture on my right tibia. Presently in a lot of pain so I had to get a refill on pain meds. Kind of a necessary evil at the moment. I normally have the ability to drop it off and pick it up in 15 mins. Not this time around! I was told I'd have to wait over an hour. Was told it was due to it being a controlled substance. I get it. People are morons and abuse this stuff. However, when I inquired why other Walgreens locations have been 15 mins or less, the lady at the window got kinda rude and said either wait an hour or go somewhere else. Know what I chose? To go somewhere else. Rite Aid had it filled in less then 10 minutes and they were more then polite and accommodating. Thank you Rite Aid for not adding insult to my already painful injury. Blonde lady in cosmetics is great. Other employees are friendly.

They allow people to sit in their drive thru while they wait 20 mins for their Rx to be filled while 4 other cars pile up behind them. Meanwhile I'm trying to avoid going inside because I just had surgery on my foot and can hardly walk. Why should I have to wait 20 mins for someone to get their Rx filled? Ask them to drive around if they want to wait. This is the most inefficient place ever. Also the pregnant pharmacy tech always make me feel like I'm inconveniencing her if I ask any questions about my Rx. I'm going to have to find another pharmacy who values my business. read more

If only Yelp allowed a negative rating. I did receive an email from "Debbie's" manager telling me he was sorry and that even though they cannot give out schedules I should have been told a time i could come in to see him and that he would review the situation with Debbie but couldn't tell me the outcome for employee confidentiality. And that was about all. I found it a weak attempt to appease the situation and still to this day have not gone back. And neither has my family or several of my friends. read more

Awful pharmacy counter service. Went to pick up a Rx at 9:05 (they claim open at 9:00) but there was no one behind counter. At 9:15 the clerk strolls in to start the day. Another time I went to the drive in to pick up an Rx. Clerk says May I help you?", takes my name and says just a second. 5 minutes later I see through the window no one is at the counter and no clerk in sight. After 10 minutes I press the call button again. The same clerk comes to the window and says "May I help you?" - totally forgot. I explain my 10 minute wait and she says just a second. The Walgreens at TV Hwy and 67th Ave. is much better. read more
