However, I developed encapsulation pretty badly, even-though I had had saline implants before for 40 years. They thought the Mentor group who supplied the implants would warranty them, they didn't so Cool Springs had to eat it. Second surgery to replace went much, much worse. I have a stage 4 encapsulation which they say Mentor will not take care of. My sister works for a plastic surgeon in Atlanta. She deals with Mentor all the time on saline implants. With that group the reps always stand behind their product whether saline or silicone implants. Don't understand what is going on with the lying reps with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery but guess where I am going next.

Cons I had given my insurance information to the front desk when I booked the appointment but when I got there I was told they were out of network. I didn't actually get any work done as I have great insurance that makes cleanings free! TMJ In addition to a cleaning appointment I went for a TMJ eval. Dr Poss has a lot of advanced equipment and software for treatments but I felt like he couldn't help with my specific symptom. I also felt a little judged by my symptoms like they weren't "normal" but I'm sure anyone reading this with TMJ can attest that there isn't anything normal about it. In the end I also decided to look elsewhere for TMJ treatment due to unfamiliarity with my symptoms and insurance drama.
