There is an older store near me that just has the basic necessities like milk, bread, hot dogs, OJ, toothpaste etc. But on one trip I went to a new store it had a bakery, meat market, deli, and it was huge. If you didn't find it there, you don't need it. The staff in all their stores is pleasant and helpful.

Terrible experience! One time, I had Botox injections and weeks later I noticed it didn't work…read more When I called, they said I received a bad batch and that others had complained as well. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!

I went to dentist knowing I was most likely needing a root canal because the tooth had been hurting me for weeks. Sure enough the Xrays agreed with me and I was given two options, pull the tooth or root canal. Since it was a back tooth and I use it for chewing I decided root canal was the way to go. The dentist who I had never seen before and was ready to begin. I trusted the dental team to do right by me and how wrong I was. They should have told me to wait to do the root canal and get me on antibiotics to lessen the "hotness" of that tooth, but they didn't say that. For the next 2 1/2 hours if was crying and shaking in pain. The dentist gave me multiple numbing shots that did not completely work, so he began injecting the shots right into the nerves. I was the last patient there that day and it was a good thing because no body would go to this practice if they heard the patient in the next room crying and screaming in pain.

Came into the office and was told that I had to pay prior to service each time. The Doctor is wonderful but working with her is painful. I tried making an appointment after my visit for my last appointment and unbelievably rude to me. She said I needed to call. Final appointment. Waiting forever. While waiting she was on the phone lying to whoever she was talking to. She was saying the office is packed and she couldn't make an appointment they had to call back. I was the only one there. She was on a personal call and couldn't be bothered. The Doctor and staff in back are great, it's getting an appointment and being treated kindly at the front desk.
