I went back inside and the other lady asked me for my phone number and as I was giving it to her the other lady that been there since 2005 and short hair said "I told her they was not an order" . I asked then why would I get an order number. They both said " I don't know" I just looked at both of them and said nevermind. So, as a customer service person on one of the busiest days before a major holiday should have used their skills and said no problem we can reprint the order. Nope they just stuck to we can't find it .. it's not here .. didn't even ask me for the order # when I said I have it here twice. I will be taking my photo printing business to the local Drug Mart where their employees are polite and the store is clean and there is ALWAYS a manager on the floor.

What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. At this point, there was an unexpected 80 dollar charge on my account supposedly for missing an appointment. I called to get it removed, they reduced it to sixty. Whatever, I did miss an appointment. I paid the bill and scheduled appointment. Main dentist is on sabbatical so I got the second guy. I go in to appointment after 1+ year of no dental work and not the best diet, expecting it will probably be much worse bc original dentist said the work was urgent- to hear the second dentist say my teeth look great and he doesn't see a problem. Never actually heard that before, I work at a school system and my coverage is Incredible, but $37 out the door, i'm already there, whatever. So I agree, they do xrays, cleaning, no cavities or Any problems, I go to check out and it's $50. Not 37. Lady says she told me it would be, she didn't. She said it was $37 and my deductible was $50 (which is still sketchy bc I have had the same plan for years and Never had a deductible of 50 for cleanings). Thank God I got the only one honest dentist who looked at my teeth while the main dentist is enjoying the profits of this systematic scammage on his sabbatical bc I probably would have owed 2k out the door with the main dentist and his team of quacks.
