This is the closest Walgreens to my house. With that I've frequented this location a few times, each time the experience is amazing. I'd like to particularly shoutout Deja and Aaron. I came in to print some photos so I was able to just sit and observe Deja's interaction with customers (unintentionally). She was incredibly kind and compassionate. What I appreciated the most was her patience navigating each experiences. Customers who were inquisitive she had no problem answer any questions, as well as providing recommendations for other products. There's never been a time that I came in and I didn't see Aaron hard at work. As what I assume to be a manager it's a delight to see him really grinding and assuring the upkeep of the store. He was also very engaging . The store was super organized. It was just an overall really great experience. Way to go !! read more

Waiting on phone over 40 min and no one picked up at the pharmacy. Tried multiple times and multiple days. Terrible customer service

terrible experiences with pharmacy - called in emergency inhaler 2 days ago, recording said it would be ready 11:30am today. After 7pm, still not ready. No one answers pharmacy phone, spent over 1 hour on hold trying to get someone. Past visits - drive thru closed due to lack of staff, wait in line at pharmacy for over 1/2 hour. I have health issues and bad enough having to go in and stand in line, but when you need prescription and they don't fill it - that is awful. read more

I hate it here. This pharmacy is the worse. They never answer the phone. You have to drive there in order to get a simple question concerning a prescription answered. And on multiple occasions they have shut down the driv thru. Forcing you to have to come in to pick up your prescription. There is no consideration for the disabled at all. read more

Not my normal Walgreens but I needed a gift bag for my secret Santa exchange in the morning. Wouldn't you know it was me another customer who was checking out when I walked in and 2 store employees. Of course the man checking out was causing a scene because his card wouldn't work to buy his beer. I hightailed it to the back of the store and wait it out his confrontation with the employees. I mean it escalated quickly and they threatened to call the cops, not sure if they actually did. Luckily the man left and I was able to stop cowering amongst the Band-Aids and go find my gift bag. read more

I mean, it's a Walgreens. Can't expect much. They're out of stock on every essential cold relief medicine whenever I go there. My prescription always gets delayed and is never filled when I pick it up. I took passport photos there, and the guy took them half-assed but they seemed to be the right size - wrong! Got my passport rejected because they didn't take the picture correctly. Gotta say picking up prints and photos always works well, haven't had a problem yet. read more

Compact: Typical Walgreens. Has large student base so has more tech and batteries than some others might. Easy parking. Expanded: I stop in here every so often. Usually it's a "immediate need" thing and not a long stop. Sometime a things are reasonably priced and easy to fin. Others, not so much. So know your pricing before coming here. Easy access from Main, Kenmore, the TH parking lot and more. Large spaces and easy parking. It's your average convenience store with a large parking lot in a predominantly student neighborhood. My visits have only been for immunizations at the pharmacy, so I'll just speak to that. In terms of shots, if you're the only person in line you'll probably be done with your entire process, including filling out forms within 10-15 minutes. They are very helpful in making copies and providing the paperwork that you need as proof for the school health office. read more

I'm a photographer and own photography company. So when I wanted to print photos of my family and friends, the lady behind the counter refused to believe that I had photographed my own photos without the "real" photographers' consent. I showed her my company Facebook page, and even that wasn't enough for her. She caused me intense grief and even threatened that I would never be able to print my photos at any other Walgreens. I had to leave my photos behind the counter. I will never shop (or at least buy photos) at this Walgreens again. I instead went to CVS Pharmacy and didn't experience any obstacles there. The manager there should really hire more understanding people (or at least replace the woman with glasses and two pigtail buns that was working there yesterday). read more

One star is too much. I loathe Walgreens with the white-hot fire of a thousand suns. (1) They have on multiple occasions received new prescriptions for me but failed to fill them. A week ago I got a new prescription, and my physician sent it to Walgreens on Main St. I waited for a notification that it had been filled. After a few days I logged into the Walgreens website and found the prescription sitting there, but unfilled. I had to request a "refill" for a new prescription. I did that, and was told it would be refilled the next day. Two days letter I got a text message saying they were out of stock and had to order it, but it would be in the next day. Three days later and it has still not been filled. This is not the first time this has happened. (2) The website is non-functional. I tried to transfer the prescription to RiteAid on my mobile device; it just sat there for several minutes saying "Processing..." Finally I gave up and tried again on my laptop. I filled out all the information to TRANSFER the prescription to RiteAid. After the final click, it said "Thank you for ordering your refill from Walgreens." Actually, I'm not sure whether the website doesn't work, or is designed to screw over customers by refusing to accept transfer requests. I will never use Walgreens again. read more

Well it is Walgreens which is a plus in itself. But this location is not one that I frequent. While every Walgreens is set up pretty much the same, this location seems to not have as great of a selection as other stores nearby. If your a Walgreens fanatic, then this one will suffice but when you want to go to a location to get lost in the isles for a few minutes this may not be the right location for you. read more

I went into this walmart today around 2pm. The cashier and manager on at the time were extremely slow, rude, and not helpful. The cashier was so slow you would think she was doing us a favor by cashing us out and she was not getting payed for her service. When we requested she called for a manager you mumbled under her breath as if it was unheard of to ask for a manager. The manager was no better than his employee. It took him forever to show up and my boyfriend proceeded to ask if the manager was going to help us or not which was when I realized it was the man nonchalantly fixing stuff on a shelf the entire time instead of helping his customers. It is appalling to me that corporate sees him fit to be a manager. He could barely be bothered to look at us, he walked right passed us and went to ask his employee what the issue was and did not even attempt to address us. He was very unprofessional and if this is what customer service is, walgreens may need to retrain their managers. read more
