He helped me choose what would work best for my espresso machine and even ground a full pound for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. My latte was perfection!! I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie that was absolutely amazing. I can't remember the name of the bakery, but he mentioned they're made by a local baker out of Tonawanda, and it definitely showed. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you can really tell they care about both their coffee and their customers. I'll definitely be back.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

When you first walk in, there is an array of pastries and sweet treats. I opted for the raspberry cream cake but was disappointed. It was dry and bland. My friend ordered the Biscoff cake that came in a soda can and hers was delicious. I probably just picked a bad one that day. The coffee was delicious and the latte art was very cute. The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I asked for the largest size they had.i think it's a grande at the Bucks of Star, so that's a little disappointing. I had a toasted marshmallow latte. Delicious. I had a red velvet muffin. It was good but just slightly dry. It had chocolate chips in it and a good amount of cream cheese filling. I also had a yogurt parfait. That was way overpriced! Over $8.00!! The amount of and vibe of people make it more like a high school cafeteria, than a chill spot to do work or catch up with friends. I come when asked, but I would prefer the location not too far up the road, over this one. Parking can also be a bit tough here too. If you can find parking and are just running in and heading out, this is great and will have the food/drink you have come to expect from spot. If you want to hang and relax, there are better options in the area.

Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too! Everyone made us feel warm and welcomed. Food- Now let's talk about the food!!!! Sooo many options. I think if I worked at the Apple Tree business park I would be in trouble! It would be hard to resist. For options, they have a ton on the menu. Lots of fried foods, sandwiches, pizza and also healthier options like hard boiled eggs to grab and go, along with salads and a lay-per-pound salad bar to pick your own toppings! Todays choice for me was a much talked about Fish Fry dinner! Omg. It comes hanging out the sides of the container and it's served with fries and all three salad options (potato, macaroni, and coleslaw). Everything was really tasty. Salads are definitely homemade and very dressed, not dry at all. The fish was fried right as we ordered so it was super hot and fresh. So delicious. We also tried 2 different types of pizza. I do wish the crust was a little more well done, but the flavors were good. My recommendation: come hungry!!! Fish fry is where it's at. I would come back here again. I also would like to try the coffee and desserts on my next visit because I will be back!
