I sent my spouse to pick up my BP med and when I opened the package, the medication was for a different person. They didn't catch the error as I was honest enough to contact them to let them know of the error, and also returned the medication. My BP medication was still showing ready for pickup. Fast forward to the next day, my dentist called in a RX for pain medication (as I had dental surgery) and the pharmacy flagged it as delayed-pending insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they had no record of it being under review. I called Walgreens pharmacy to inquire about the RX and was told it was delayed pending medication review as if I'm a freaking drug addict. Why lie on the insurance company. Her so called review took less than 20 seconds. For the record Walgreens Pharmacy, I don't abuse drugs and none of the prescriptions you've filled would suggest otherwise. Just know, you've LOST a longtime customer. Get your act together!!! I could've been easily harmed by your carelessness of giving me someone else's prescription. Went in a couple days ago for some help at the docuprint center and the manger refused the help me and said she was busy yet it seemed like she was on the phone with a friend. However another associate ended up helping me and he was very helpful. I think his name was samuel but I dont know the name of the manager as she was quick to ignore me. read more

My grandmother went into Walgreens and bought a bunch of things and got a seven dollar coupon on her receipt. She went back and bought more things so she could use a seven dollar coupon from the receipt and Karen wouldn't let her use it. She said that's for later. Well later is now how come at CVS I can use my coupon My extra care coupons right away but Walgreens Karen wouldn't let me. Karen needs to stick to knitting sweaters. read more

My only regret is that I can't give the store zero stars. We went to get our second Covid shot, having gone as walk in to another Walgreens for our first shot. Big mistake going to this Walgreens. There was absolutely no one in the store and the stupid, ridiculous girl at the pharmacy is telling us that we need a reservation. Did I mention there was absolutely no one else in the store? I'd recommend that you drive an extra 10 minutes and go to another Walgreens, or better yet, go to CVS. read more

Almost anything you need medicinal, you can pretty much find it at Walgreens. Also, if you need to renew your passport, all Walgreens can take your passport photo for you for $15. You'll get 2 copies. You won't get them right away, but you will get them within an hour. read more

I love this walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so nice to me when I pick up my prescription. If I have any questions or need help she is always available to answer and never gets testy with me. read more

This pharmacy has possibly the worst service imaginable!!! They are so rude and always have an attitude.. me and my mother sat in the DRIVE-THRU lane with three other cars behind us and didn't get acknowledged once until we had been sitting there for 10 minutes and we were told by the lady the pharmacist had to look at the prescription that had been called in a week ago... the pharmacist came over, ignored us, then walked away. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I always seem to have an issue with getting my prescriptions refilled. The bottle states that I have zero refills but when I called my doctor to confirm I should have three months left. When I called this location a very RUDE person jumped down my throughly to tell me that I just picked up my prescription. When I said yes sir, I know and proceeded to tell him that I'm concerned that I will have an issue next month he yelled at me that I have two months left. I then asked him about another prescription that was not ready when I picked it up and he yelled at me again telling me to call my doctor and that insurance will not cover it. When I called my doctor they told me that they did send in the pre authorization. This person in the pharmacy was rude, arrogant and was not listening to me. Medications exist for a reason and ensuring I have the right medication when I need them are important to me and should be important to this pharmacy. I was on hold for 10 minutes three different times only to be disconnected eventually. When I finally did reach the pharmacist to ask if they had my medication in stock she said she couldn't tell me and when I asked why she said "because I don't have to". read more

Photo prints are the worst quality. Very grainy and blurry. Some sizes are printed wrong...meaning a 4x6 vertical picture was printed horizontally, which left an inch or two of blank white space on the side of the picture. Other photos had people's heads cut off. So strange. Do not get your photos printed here! read more

Horrendous experience at the pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription here but they didn't have it on hand. They ordered it and said it would be ready after 5pm the next day. When I called after the given time they wouldn't pickup the phone. So I went in person, only to be informed that they had not ordered enough. It would be Monday evening before my medication would be ready. I asked if I could receive part now and pick the rest up on Monday. Prior pharmacies have had no problem doing this, but this place said I had to wait. I picked it up on Monday after waiting more than a week. On several other occasions I have experienced extremely slow service at this location and been unable to reach them by telephone. read more

This Walgreens is clean, tidy, and well stocked. Prices seem to be a bit higher than competitors. It is possible to get good deals playing the sales along with paper and digital coupons. Employees here are friendly and attentive. Pay attention at checkout to make sure things ring properly and you get credit for any digital coupons clipped. read more

This store isn't too bad. The people were decently friendly. There is an an employee... an older woman with long salt/pepper hair, (I think one of the managers), who was very annoying. She kept guilt tripping me until I donated money to a charity. Also she made false claims that 100% of the money goes towards the people of the charity. I didn't appreciate that at all. I make occasional purchases here. On two occasions, including today I was followed around by an employee, which made my experience very uncomfortable. I dress appropriately and gave no reason to be followed. read more
