When the auction was complete I contacted them to ask the selling price and Repocast rep told me that I was being sent a check for $160. I received the check and it was for $115. I called them and I was informed that the previous amount was a mistake and that there was nothing they could do to correct their mistake by their employee. Train your staff better and honor your mistake. Be careful with what you are doing with when dealing with Repocast.

Since then, they've subscribed me to their text messages without my consent. I've unsubscribed multiple times and about every six months, new text messages arrive. The same goes for their email. I have unsubscribed multiple times and finally emailed directly last week to ask them to please remove me from their list. Yesterday, they sent me ANOTHER email from their list. They clearly don't care about spamming people and retain client information that they shouldn't. This is just bad business and highly unprofessional.
