They did have a few jackets that weren't carried back home yet but, we did get them a few weeks later. I saw a few really nice shirts but, I couldn't bring myself to buy them as Michigan pays tax on clothes and in PA we don't. This location inside Woodland Mall was pretty crowed everywhere we went as a "One Day Sale" was going on but, the salespeople seem to be handling it pretty well. They were really friendly though.

The Kalamazoo store always puts customer service first at least when I have shopped there. But in Grand Rapids, it seems instead of waiting on customers they would rather a woman just stand there and mark things down then serve customers. And management seems to care less that people are frustrated and angry . Is this how a customer service base should be in this day and age? It is no wonder brick and mortar stores will eventually be nonexistent. I would much rather order from a store online then experience this. The receipt email gave super clear instructions, so we parked in the pickup spot, checked in through the email and then an employee brought our order to the open trunk without any contact (or effort on our part).
