Twice when going to the register to check prices. She was talking nonstop to the register employee and would not pause for me to ask the price. The first time I waited a minute and was finally helped by the register person, the second time, I waited again then went to the self checkout and scanned the item to find out the price. The third time was when I left the store and wanted to see her name tag. She was still talking nonstop with zero acknowledgment of me as a customer. I lingered around the counter to get her name and once again was ignored. What a stark contrast to the CVS on Green Valley which I will go out of my way to go to and avoid this store from now on. The only two sign orders they had were confused by the uncommunicative and unhelpful staff. At the time I returned for pickup, there was only one person trying to handle signs, passport photos, cash register and a phone that was ringing off the hook. I drove 30 minutes to pick these signs up, and I do not appreciate the unnecessary extended wait. They did not even offer to call when ready. The store was such a mess, I didn't even want to shop. I will never be back. Stay away from the poisons people. You masked CVS zombies do not look healthy!!

I've had a long wait because the guy working the window waits on the person at the other drive up window at the same time making my wait longer than it should be. Today I tried talking to him several times and he was waiting on the driver who was behind me and ignored me. The customer at the other window had to tell him I was trying to get his attention before he listened. I had pressed the call button 2x and he ignored it. Since it was the 2nd time he has done this, I find it rude. Maybe he thinks it's multi tasking but when your the customer and a person behind you is being taken care of first, it is frustrating.

I can tell that a man is in charge of ordering your tampons. I literally drove out of my way to get to Target, cause it's like, out of all the places a woman would expect to be able to find a decent variety of tampons, Target is super high on the list. I couldn't believe that this Target ONLY carries multipacks with different sizes. What is this, costco? Did you think you could buy a normal sized box of regular Kotex or Playtex? No, not unless you are stocking your bathroom for an entire sorority. They literally only have multipacks with varying sizes. Let me break this down for you, Target. As a mother and nursing school dropout. A woman chooses tampons based on the size of her anatomy, not the velocity of her flow. My anatomy isn't regular on Monday and super on Tuesday, if you catch my drift. It's the same size all the time. I thought-- didn't I see a CVS in this parking lot? Turns out that it was ostensibly part of the Target. So between Target and CVS, they didn't have any normal boxes of tampons. I can't believe I had to go to the grocery store to find the correct box of tampons. (They had them at Nugget across the way.)

They have never made a mistake in filling my prescriptions, and have caught prescribing errors (by an ER doctor) that could have potentially saved my life due to drug interactions. They're always busy. I am on numerous medications, have gone in several times a month for over 5 years to pick them up, and they have not once made a mistake. Nobody's perfect, but the Safeway pharmacy staff are pretty dang close.
