When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was how clean everything looked & vibrant the store was. The aisles weren't messy or cluttered & the shelves were actually pretty well stocked which isn't always the case @ every pharmacy store. I didn't feel like I had to go searching all over the place for what I needed. Every register was occupied (which I'm not used to lol)so checkout went quickly.I didn't have to stand around 4ever like I sometimes do in other stores. The line moved fast & the cashier was really nice to me & genuinely friendly. It made the whole interaction feel more pleasant & less like a rushed transaction. My honey bear was trying to pick up a bottle of Hennessy & they didn't have it in stock that day unfortunately. We was hoping to do a 1 stop shop. I left w/ a good impression. Clean store, quick service,& a cashier who actually made my this stop nicer than expected.

This place is right on the main road here in town that runs parallel with the beach. They've got everything you need here for a short term to get you buy, including grocery items, ice, drinks, and then all household needed stuff, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, regular soap, scrubbing pad, & more. You can also get all the standard stuff that you think of when you think of a Walgreens, cough medicine, allergy meds, headache aspirin, bug spray, sunscreen, lotion, you name it. This place is a must when here to stay to get the needed items in your room, next time I'll come by here on our first night in town.

After the initial surprise, turn around, get on the Yelp app and look for a gas station with easy access. Puma Isla Verde was easy to get to from the airport, but not quite as easy on the return. Gas was $0.87 per liter. After filling the tank, we were back at the car rental return in 15 minutes. Nice clean gas station...and note to self...next time, fill up the tank after leaving the beach.

Asunto: Queja formal sobre tiempo de espera inaceptable y mal servicio…read more Estimado/a [Gerente de Farmacia/Departamento de Atención al Cliente]: El 19 de febrero de 2025 a las 2:00 PM, visité su farmacia para dejar una receta y tuve una experiencia extremadamente frustrante e inaceptable. Esperé en la fila durante 50 minutos, lo cual es irrazonable para dejar una receta que solo tomó 5 minutos en ingresarse al sistema. A pesar de expresar mis preocupaciones a la persona encargada, no recibí una disculpa ni empatía. En su lugar, simplemente me dijeron que el personal estaba reducido, sin reconocer el impacto en los clientes ni hacer un esfuerzo por brindar una solución. Además, señalé que recibir una receta no requiere de un farmacéutico, ya que un técnico podría haberlo manejado de manera eficiente. Mientras esperaba, el mostrador de entrega de recetas no estaba atendido, y la ventanilla de autoservicio no estaba ocupada. Varios adultos mayores en la fila se cansaron y se fueron sin ser atendidos, lo que indica que este problema no es un caso aislado. Personalmente, soporté esta larga espera mientras lidiaba con un ataque de gota, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera físicamente dolorosa y mucho más difícil. Espero que se tomen las siguientes acciones: 1. Mejoras en el personal: Asegurar una dotación de personal adecuada, especialmente durante las horas pico, para evitar tiempos de espera excesivos. 2.
