I had surgery on monday the 23rd. I was going prescribed a medication I was required to start using that wasn't ready yet but my pain pills were. It took them 2 more days to fill that medication and when I called at 8:30 in the morning to request it delivered was told I would have to pay an additional same day fee but that if I did that could guarantee it would be delivered from 5-8pm. I put my card on file using the link as requested, and at 8:30pm 12 and a half hours later my medicine still wasn't there I called again. Guess what?! It's "still processing" WTF?? It's ready, it's been there a whole day and it's "in process"?? Seriously?! Get me my medicine and stop playing games with people. The attitude I received from both the morning and evening rep was very much "oh well what can you do". There is NO WAY I will be using this Walgreens again when there's a local pharmacy right across the street that has never screwed me like this. They told me "well most times when this happens it shows up the next morning". I needed it two days ago dude... so anyways my face looks like a bowling ball because I don't have my rinse that's supposed to help prevent additional swelling and it's causing additional pain meaning I have to take more of the potentially Addictive pain medication. Same stuff Walgreens is getting sued for now. I swear if my medication isn't here in the morning I'm just gonna keep posting reviews to keep people away from here. read more

Very conveniently located next to the hospital. Many of the guiding signs along the rows were difficult to read, especially when there was merchandise piled high on the top shelf. But I eventually found what I was searching for, and the clerk was friendly and quick to sell me the item. The prices were generally reasonable, especially the Walgreens label. Overall, a speedy shopping experience. read more

Terrible service! I have never left this store satisfied. Advertised pricing then tell us it doesn't start until the next day. FedEx drop off is a joke! When they can't get the barcode to work they say "not sure what to tell you." Maybe come back a different day and it will. Wait! What? read more

-as like any walgreen's this place is open 24 hrs. -it has friendly staff and pretty well stocked -when they have bargains, they actually are bargains! -i really like that they added a red box right outside the store -clean and u almost never have to wait on check out i just wish that they will add better self serve photo machines so i can print my pictures here more often. read more

The Walgreens pharmacy in carrollton by the hospital is awful! We've always had problems here. They forget prescriptions, and they are rude. My husband had surgery in February and they took forever to get his medicine ready and we're very rude when I asked questions regarding the medication. Now it is April and my husband has had an allergic reaction so he was prescribed medication. We came back here and it has been a joke. They left out the steroid and told us that it was never sent over and we had to call the doctor. Once he checked the request, it was there. He just over looked it. They act like it's hard to just simply do their job. They huff and puff at us every time, and we always have to correct the prescriptions. read more

Stay away from the clinic. You are a complete inconvenience to them and they will not give you the attention you need. I should have seen the red flags. Was sent to the emergency room because they didn't want to do their job correctly. Ended up paying over $1000 at the hospital for what would have been a $35 visit at the clinic. Hospital said it was exactly what I went to the clinic for (and my initial assumptions). Lady at clinic insisted I had a more serious condition that required immediate attention in the ER. Covid test done last Friday. Today is Wednesday and the lab has not received it yet. Finally got through to Walgreens and they say I'll have the results by this Friday. If I'd know it would take a week to get results I would have taken my chances waiting at Urgent Care. Going forward I will avoid this pharmacy. read more

This place use to be great but over the last 2 years they have ran all the good employees away. The store is not clean anymore and you have to wait 45 min just to be told the order is not ready even though you receive a text saying it is. read more

Rude pharmacy staff that doesn't acknowledge your existence after standard there for minutes.

Everyone is so nice but I wait in line for a minimum of at least 20 minutes just waiting to get my medicine that should already be ready to go. I left my house an hour early for work to get my pills and am the only person in line and am STILL waiting for upwards of ten minutes and keep being told to wait. Unacceptable. It shouldn't be this hard to get my medicine! Please find a way to speed up the pharmacy drive through. I miss Rite Aid's speediness but they closed and moved my scrips over here. read more

This particular Walgreens phone system is undoubtedly the absolute worse Walgreens I have ever tried to get through to the pharmacy. Today I waited for 15 minutes to talk with someone in the pharmacy. All I needed was a prescription #. At 15 min, I hung up. This has happened several times before. When I have to go into the pharmacy and ask them about it, they act surprised. Really? Get a new system of communicating with your customers. read more

Went to the Walgreens Clinic and I was treated horribly by the lady at the desk in front of my 7 year old daughter. I don't know if the woman had a bad day or what but she clearly took it out on me. I will NEVER go back to this so called "clinic"...stay away !! read more
