They delivered my chair 2 days before surgery and it was perfect! But I did have a problem, the remote stopped working in the middle of the night. I went into the store and got a new remote, problem fixed, but not quite. They have a wonderful olden man working there, Cecil I talked with him a few times and two days ago he can out and my chair is now perfect again. My physician called in an rx and put a rush order on it and when I showed up to pick it up, the people working there were like zombies. No greeting, no compassion. The woman behind the counter announced my RX out loud so that the few customers and the delivery driver now know what I am taking. I'm pretty sure that is a violation. I sent my husband in the next day to pick it up when it was finally ready, he had a similar experience. No one was friendly or even looked up when he entered the store and they handed him the bag without asking if he had any questions. I will never return to this place and will drive out of town to avoid ever having to deal with them again.

I'm taking my prescription. I'm gonna go someplace else. I will never go back to them again. They are the absolute worst.
