The impersonal clerk said I should have called them. How would I have known to do that! I should have asked why she didn't call me! She said she could give me another appointment a month away. There was another clerk there who was doing nothing. How about giving her the job to call people who haven't (can't) confirmed. I don't know if this is Dr. Cox's policy or if she even knows what her office staff is doing, but I hope this complaint reaches her. They could have called me but instead Dr. Cox lost a patient.
