They rarely have my prescription in stock. I said something about no one telling me when I talked to a pharmacist before putting in my prescription. She said they wouldn't know when I put in my prescription. I would think the pharmacist had access to the computer and it would say out of stock. They randomly close because they have no pharmacist. I bet they have a hard to getting someone to work there. It is really inconvenient to drag my toddler out just to pick up medicine. Get there and be told it should come in on the ttruck tomorrow. I placed an online picture order through the app. The app was easy to use. I received a text message and email notifying me when my order was ready to pick up. I should have reviewed the order before I left the store (my fault). I went home and opened my package to find that I was missing an 8x10 and that my 4x4 picture had been printed as an 8x10. I had to drive back. When I explained the situation to the clerk her only response was "we just print them as the order comes through". Ok...I get that...but I'm explaining that it was wrong. She ultimately printed the 4x4 that I needed, but we were unable to locate the 8x10 that I was missing from my order. She did not refund me for the 8x10 (even though I paid for it) and only said that we were "even" for the 4x4 that she printed for me. Last year I had my picture Christmas cards printed at the same location and I was disappointed by the quality and the fact that they were slightly "off" when they were cropped. 0 stars for 0 service. This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. They won't even answer the phone to tell you the pharmacy is closed. So you drag yourself, in excruciating pain, to walk in and have them say pharmacy is closed and you'll have to go somewhere else. read more

I'm really hating this place. We've been Walgreens customers for many, many years, but are now looking for a new pharmacy -- once we find one who will take all our insurances. The pharmacy is closed on weekends, and they have inconsistent hours the 5 days they are 'open'. We've never waited less than an hour for a vaccine, for which an appointment had to be made. The lady next to us said her appointment was 11:45. It's now 12:40. Walgreens has become the worst pharmacy in the county. What a shame. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the worst! They don't seem to understanding that when a prescription is sent in from a doctors office it needs to be filled as soon as possible. There's a reason a patient might need the medicine right away, not 24 hours later. I will not be using this pharmacy again! read more

Just to update my last review a bit, I ended up transferring pharmacies because I had given up on this place. A few months later I visited a different Walgreens that was in Winchester so that I could get a booster shot done for college (that took several hours btw). I found out through that Walgreens that this Walgreens never even updated my insurance information when I had brought it in and handed it to one of the guys working there. So while they had kept telling me I had an insurance issue... that's because they never updated my insurance information like I asked them to do. If Walgreens called and talked to my old insurance, I'd think they would have told them about the change as well. read more

DO NOT USE THIER PHARMACY!!! Again! Terrible pharmacy practices. I dropped off a prescription to be filled, 2 WEEKS AGO! Went to get it and the first response was "we dont have your prescription" ....really? Cause that's not the first time I have been told that here, check again. "....oh, wait, here it is. HOLY HECK! Why didn't someone tell me that Walgreens has lost its mind? Just spoke to a male pharmacist who told me that they don't reveal whether or not they have controlled substances in stock (this, *NOT FOR* a pain med). He THEN proceeded to tell me that Martin's, CVS and Rite Aid were "lying to you, ma'am" when they said that they were out of stock. (Do you hear that, Martin's, CVS, and Rite Aid??! You going to take that?) What? A simple 'Duck, Duck, Go' search reveals some big fiasco regarding Walgreens & pain pills in FL (in 2011) and some pretty ticked off people. Whatever. Stopped in to get some sinus medication from behind the counter- this is the second time I have done this at this store , each visit about 1 year apart, and the girls behind the counter are ridiculously rude! ( Jessica) Like I am bothering them from some other important task other then trying to sell there products. Would not recommend this Walgreens- go to CVS. read more

Pharmacy staff and front staff are super friendly and always willing to help!! I see so many complaints on the pharmacy however mostly over prescription times maybe you should try working this job before you publicly bash a pharmacy for its wait time how about next time you ask yourself how many prescriptions did doctors call in for their patients today because I promise you that you are not the only one! They fill meds from the time they get there till they leave and that in between Covid shots booster handing out meds all while making sure your med count is correct and the fose is correct and let's not forget that doctors don't always catch what you're on va what they are giving you so your pharmacist also makes sure you don't have a serious interaction between meds the were given vs the ones you are on!! Cut people some slack they are doing there best!! I love this store and all of its employees they are like a second family to me!! read more
